To make an appointment here, you would need to create a profile online and pre-pay half as a deposit. There is a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy to be aware of if you don't want to lose your money. If you call in, their receptionist will tell you to go online, but if you have any issues, to call her back and she can talk you through the steps. Prior to your appointment, drink a lot of water and stay hydrated for the best detox results. On the day of the appointment, I arrived early as I do going to any spa for the first time to check in and see if they need me to sign any paperwork. They have a really nice lobby area. The receptionist offered me water and asked if I needed to use the restroom while I was waiting. I had my sessions with Samantha. She came and welcomed me to the treatment room. It was very clean. The table was lined with disposable sheets and even a warming sheet to keep you warm. They had disposable bras and underwears to protect your clothes from getting dirty. Samantha explained that each treatment will be customized to your body and your preferences. She asked if there was any areas I would like to focus on, and I mentioned my stomach. She warned me that she would be applying a lot of pressure to release the lymphs but I thought the pressure was amazing and relaxing... but I do like firm pressure massages. In addition to the full body lymph massage, she also did a fat cavitation and apply sculpting tools to my stomach area. Throughout the whole treatment Samantha was super professional and knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. After the treatment, she reminded me to drink a lot of water and avoid alcohol for maximum detox. This is great for a quick detox. If you're looking for extreme results, you should come 1-2 times a month. It isn't reasonable to expect quick change for just one visit. I had such a great experience I already scheduled the Ultimate Luxe Treatment Sculpt Detox with Samantha.
