In response to owner: I use GPS and I arrived at 3:01. Vanessa aka Allison is both me... Seriously I try this place again because it's close to my house but I just can't get a good experience with them. When they first opened up I came to check it out then bc of my real lashes falling out I stopped coming here and drove all the way to Newport Beach (Japanese studied techniques that help with lash regrowth) but do to the travel time I decided to give this place another try. Today was my 7th visit and I can't say things are better. They had my name down as someone else and after 6 visits of me mentioning this today was the day I decided I won't ever return. When I arrived she had me sit and wait for 15 mins. I had an appointment at 3pm. As you can see I'm typing this at 3:32pm so I didn't stay. She couldn't find my records and asked me to go through my phone to find a reminder text (which I delete things bc I need the memory on my phone) which at this point now I'm frustrated. I am unable to find it and I begin to look through my deleted messages when I stop and say wait I don't have it. I explain to her that every time I come on they call me by a different name and I've asked for that to be corrected (it never was) so she finally finds me and is telling me she has the records but at this point I'm not comfortable laying down for an hour with her working on me after 15 mins of arguing with me over if I've ever been there; shifting blame on others who didn't update my name; and all this happening while there are other patrons. Needless to say when she asked me if I want to do it or not (legitimately how she asked me) I decided to leave and this is the video I took as I was leaving because she snatched the cover on the bed I was laying on showing she was upset (all the while speaking in her native language under her breath which after translating she was saying: "How is this my fault ‍" To the owner Jasmin, Do Better! read more

The only reason I gave this a 5 star review is so that hopefully someone can see this and not have to go through what I went through. On Sunday I went in to get my lashes done (first time here), two days later I went back to have them removed. Why? Because I was having a horrible allergic reaction to them due to the products they used. I had gotten my lashes done before but ever have I had an experience like this. After get my lashes removed I went home and I was literally pulling out glue out of my eyes (see photos) my eyes are bloodshot and irritated. I think I might have to got to urgent care and get my eyes flushed out. Worst experience ever. read more

I will say that I was hesitant to try this new location because I was so used to my one technician in San Gabriel. However, after my first time I realize now that my favorite person is now at this location :) Christy is the absolute best! She is so sweet and kind! She does take a little bit longer than other technicians here, but I think it's because she truly cares about her work and wants to make sure the customer is happy. Love this place! They were able to fit me in within the week and were flexible with what time I needed. When I got there, they were all so nice! The place looked very well kept and clean. There was calm music playing in the background. I showed my lash tech what I wanted, and she did it perfectly. I took a nice nap because it was so peaceful. Didn't have cash but they let me zelle! Ample parking in the large open parking lot, as this is located in a shopping center. No complaints, I will definitely be back soon! read more

Miji Beauty Eyelashes and I did not have a good start, the first time I had my lashes done from Miji was the Whittier location and the technician did a horrible job. I had to go back and had to have her redo my lashes. She was simply inexperienced. I decided to give Miji another try and this time I went to the La Mirada Location. It's been about a week and my eye lashes still look full and fresh! She did a wonderful job.
