Pretty simple menu, tacos and enchiladas with a choice of steak, pork, chicken and birria. The sauces they gave us had a nice bite to it. We had the steak tacos and birria enchiladas. Fresh, tasty, nice touch of cheese and the sauces were a big plus. Tacos were 3 for $12 and the enchiladas was 4 pieces for $12. They also have a variety of drinks. I hope they come back for more Vikings games and other big events at USBS.

I don't remember their exact prices. Some of the things I ordered had masking tape over the prices, with new prices written on them. When she told me the total, I was shocked, but I also had a full cart of plants to bring home and people behind me. I was charged $4.62 for the elote, $4.16 for the taco and $15.00 for a "machete", which was the most expensive thing on their menu, and not what I ordered. I thought maybe the prices for each item included the tax, but no. There was a separate tax charge, as well as a 3% surcharge for using a credit card, which was not mentioned anywhere on their menu. My final bill for a taco, ear of corn and quesadilla was $30.66. Also, the carne asada was flavorless, other than the raw white onions. The elote was delicious and I haven't tried the quesadilla yet.

And judging from the number of people lining up to get food, many other people agree with me. The employees at the brewery were also grabbing food and raving about Mario's. Yum! As a final note (to avoid confusion), this truck is NOT the same business as the bricks n' mortar restaurant in Watertown. The truck is an independent business that simply licensed the name from the restaurant several years ago. I had a nice conversation with the owner and he explained it to me.
