This is a bit unusual ... I have a Sennheiser RS 170 digital wireless system (transmitter connecting wirelessly to two headsets for watching TV) Here's why this is an unusual review: 1) the transmitter stopped communicating with the headsets ... thought they had to be "paired" again ... did it but "no dice" 2) got out the instruction book ... started on pg 1and read the 31 pgs ... checked all settings ... no progress 3) found Mike on Yelp (thank you again and again and again, Yelp) Called Mike on a Friday afternoon ... he answered immediately ... explained the problem ... he said he wanted to check the system "on site" ... this was impressive ... because I didn't want to "haul everything" to Atwater Village (never heard of it b/4) 4) Mike said he could come Sunday ... also impressive ... 5) Being the o/c person I am ... I checked everything again AND I discovered the solution ... [another story you don't want to read] So ... I didn't meet Mike ... but we texted each other ... I can't opine about his "fix it" ability ... but ... Mike did a great job repairing my Behringer Amp/Speaker. I thought it was the power switch that was going bad. Nope. It was the battery. The battery was dying and it was causing it not to turn on or charge. He was very prompt with the repair. Dropped it off on Friday did his check on it and let me know what the issues was, needed new battery. Mike gave me status that battery would be delivered on Saturday and he would finish up the repair either Saturday or Sunday. Picked up speaker and it is good as new. Mike is one of a kind in his field! The only one i know local or not that can fix and modify any music electronic equipment. I had what i thought was a simple modifying job. I had a pair of pro headphones that i wanted to have modified to allow the cable to be detachable. Mike has helped my band with all of our gear that breaks down.
