Sales team was great, Service IS THE WORST. The rain guards peeled off after 3 months. First service appointment was told they're under warranty, but they didn't have the tape to fix them. Then, they changed my oil after I repeatedly told them not to since I had paid $100 for a synthetic oil change to last a few more months than traditionally. Went back today, and off the bat TJ tells me accessories are not covered. Ok, but the attitude I could have done without, but whatever. Speak to service manager, Billie, rude, telling me it's an insurance claim since it's clearly been scratched (hail storm AFTER I brought it in the first time). So, they want me to pay them TWICE for a product they couldn't install right the first time?? Then he says, come inside I'm not going to stand here and argue with you. Really? Over a 10 minute, $10 fix you won't even stand behind your parts or installation? They definitely won't be getting my insurance check for the aforementioned hail damage. Nor will my husband being buying his truck from Erdman. Sell you crap, then charge you to fix it. Really speaks volumes to their ethics. read more

Took my car in for service due to my USB port not functioning. Paid $155 for them to tell me that my radio is broke. When I asked what was specifically wrong with the USB port they said you just need to replace the whole radio for over $1000. The worst part about the experience is when I went to pick up my car my AC plugs no longer worked! Horrible experience I most certainly won't be returning. read more

What I expected from the Mike Erdman Toyota Dealership, was Pride in their product & Quality of service. 1. To check the fluids 2. To check the Tire pressure 3. To rotate the Tires 4. To check the brakes 5. To update the vehicle's computer, showing that an authorized Toyota Dealership had done the work. 6. To Wash & Vacuum the car, showing "PRIDE" and "GRADITUDE" in my having purchased a Toyota product. What I did notice: 1. Car was NOT washed or vacuumed, and that only the brake dust around the tire air nozzles had been disturbed. a. Which brought up questions. i. Did they check the fluids? ii. Did they rotate the tires? iii. Did they check the brakes? 2. And the Drivers floor matt was soiled!! 3. Vehicle computer was NOT updated!! a. Which would to show an Authorized Toyota Dealership had performed the 5000 mile checkup. What I Did: Found a Dealership Promise of Service. Item Number 4: "We will have your car back to you - clean and on time" Called the "Customer Hotline" and left a message. Next day, what I did since Mike Erdman Hotline hadn't responded: * Called the Toyota Dealership where I purchased the vehicle, to see if they might recommend "more reputable" Dealership in Orlando. * Called the Toyota "True Care" hotline to complain about my concerns. My Concern: That Mike Erdman Toyota Dealership had "LACKED" respect for my property, and "NO PRIDE" in their product. My "TRUST" in them to service my vehicle in the future is now in doubt. Have been dealing with them since 2010. They used to be GREAT up until this year when I took my daughter to buy a new car. She got the car and I am still waiting on the referral check that I was promised by 2 managers. I was told that there was an internal problem when they processed the sale paperwork and that it was coming. STILL waiting another month later an no check yet. Never been more disgusted in my life!!!! Came to the dealership to buy a truck, after conversing over the deal in lengthy detail we agreed on a number. Was told the deal was good to go, so i went to the dealership only to be tricked into paying more for the vehicle then what was agreed and signed for. The finance guy wanted me to pay for tires for my trade in on the new vehicle. 30 dollars more to my payment to be exact. I was then given an option to wait until the banks got back with a lower interest rate. The dealership told me that there was nothing they could do to lower the payment, yet when I asked the finance man why my payment wouldn't change with a lower interest rate he became irate and angry. He basically told me I was wrong and that those were my options to take it or leave it. When i tried to converse with the man he told me to leave the dealership. He began to mumble and curse under his breath in front of myself and other customers. I had my children and girlfriend with me at the time. Not only did the dealership treat me with lack of respect, they haven't even reached out to correct the situation. I guess when you get caught in multiple lies at once its hard to save yourself. Stay away from this dealership. They are shady and play way to many games. They will waste your Sunday and the staff are worthless. Sincerely a customer who will never be back. read more

Very unhappy with this dealership. When I purchased my car, I had the "tires for life" program. When my tires needed to be replaced, they said I did not qualify even though I did all the required maintenance with them. They also said they stopped that program a couple of years ago. Too much trouble. They also quoted me a price for 4 tires. I said I would think about. Then I noticed that they had a deal on tires-buy 3 get the 4th for a dollar. I went back and was told that the original price quoted was a better deal. The reason being was that the price on the tires went up $25. So much for buy 3 get 1 for a dollar. I will never buy a car from mike erdman or will I go back there for maintenance. read more

I have had nothing but bad experience here (unless I'm getting my car washed). The salesman lied to get a sale, I was told my GPS could not be installed in the car, the hands free Bluetooth was installed in the top of the car not in the steering wheel like i requested and the back up camera was installed into the rear view mirror and never works (signal error). I took my car back to get the camera fixed 4 times and so I am forced to go to another mechanic to get it to work. Salesman, definitely took advantage of a first time car buyer...go to another dealership, FAST. I still consistently receive emails for another customers car and details as well. read more

I have waited over 2 months to write this review. Overall the process was pretty good. The salesman was not pushy and somewhat knowledgeable on cars. The sales manager was good and seemed pretty knowledgeable, not pushy. The only problem we had was the finance manager. When we declined all the add on gimmicks (GAP, maintenance warranty, extended warranty) his attitude changed dramatically. We both felt like we pissed him off personally. We asked to see what our credit score was and he mumbled it too me. Just made us feel really uncomfortable before leaving with our new 2016 Pathfinder. The only other thing was that I have never bought a new vehicle without a full tank of gas. read more

Let's just say I 100% do not and will not recommend this dealership, more specifically any body work done, largely due to their body shop manager John Ball. As a customer, I would expect a certain level of customer service, not someone who blatantly speaks to you in a condescending tone and quite frankly, a little pompous. When a manager tries to find numerous excuses how not to help you, that is a severe red flag. I was told on a Friday that they would fix an issue and show up Tuesday of next week for an appt. to be told otherwise. Not to mention, when I picked my car up Friday it still had pieces that needed to be bolted on......where is the quality check before signing off on the car? Seems to be a few other negative comments regarding Mr. Ball on here......seems as if someone should look into his level of customer service before it does more harm than good. One word: "OUTSTANDING". Our visit to the dealership started with one of the most friendly and knowledgeable auto sales agents I've had the pleasure to work with , Kevin O'Brien. He immediately encouraged us to take a test drive in the vehicle we were interested in and discussed each feature of the vehicle. We then worked with Jonathon the general manager who was very proactive and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. This was followed by "Boomer" the finance manager who was the absolute fastest document processor I've seen, he was magic on the computer and had us in and out of his office in less than 30 minutes. Even the Daytona 500 doesn't go that fast! This process was completed with yet again Kevin O'brien our salesperson who was waiting outside the dealership for us and drying our new vehicle off after a thunderstorm rolled through the area. He also parked our former vehicle and the new vehicle under a cover and back to back to facilitate the exchange of personal items between vehicles. Wow, now that's service! We were so impressed with the "agove and beyond" level of service that we'll continue to work with the staff at Mike Erdman's Nissan through the coming years. Thanks team! read more

I always feel like they are doing something tricky when the numbers are changed from what you discussed and you really have to review it and you are tired after being there a couple hours. 3 stars are there because service is great, but I still don't trust the sales department. read more

Would never go to this dealership or service department again. After being charged over $150 for a new automatic key fob (mine quit working), they charged me $58 to "install' it or calibrate it. To add insult to injury, they then charged a $25 "shop fee"!!! When I complained, the service manager said "We charge that to everyone". That was no explanation at all. The $58 labor should have covered it. What a scam. Terrible customer service and attitude. If I could give this place less than one star, I would. read more

I take my 2010 Corolla in that I purchased there for an oil change. I usually change the oil myself, but when I tried to get the filter off, I broke my wrench and was surprised at how tight it was, so I determined to have it changed professionally in order to get the filter changed. They changed the oil, but when it was done, they said my filter housing was stripped. Well, it wasn't stripped when I tried a few days before, granted it was tight, but even after I broke my wrench, the wrench still fit snugly over the housing, so they may have stripped it getting it off. Even that isn't the problem since it was so tight to begin with. The problem is they changed the oil and put the bad housing back on knowing that it would be difficult getting it off the next time. I asked them to replace the housing since it would be impossible for anyone to get it off using the proper tools if it were indeed stripped. I also asked for the old part . They came back later and said they put the new housing on, but the old one they broke in pieces getting it off, they also said, "they didn't know where the lock went". What? These are Toyota cars at a Toyota dealership - they all have a simple lock spring on the oil filter housing and you don't know where it goes? At least theyh didn't try to charge me for 2 oil changes because I wanted the houising fixed and they remained courteous and understanding throughout which goes a long way. read more

These people can sell but everything else sucks! Once they get your money, you are of no interest to them. I purchased my 2015 Toyota Prius there because I live close by and I knew what I wanted after some research. The salesman was nice and very helpful to show all features and take me out for a drive. However, financing is a rush and they will try to sell you the highest rate and all unnecessary attachments and rush you through the process. When I questioned the rate, the guy said, well, that's the best I can do now, but you can refinance in 6 months. The rate is higher than my mortgage rate! Then, I go to cancel the unnecessary "premium" coverage they pushed on me, because I read in the fine print that it actually only kicks in if it's beyond the warranty, and Toyota warranty takes care of pretty much everything. The finance guy was rude, bordering on insulting and lying to me when I asked his name, like I could not ask the receptionist and she would tell me his name. Can you believe it? Then, I take my new Toyota for the factory required service at $5k miles, takes them 1 hour and all they did was rotate the tires without even adjusting the pressure! Do they even know what they are doing there? Then, I write to the manager to complain about the tire pressure, not even an acknowledgement! I gave them my money, they got all the commissions on everything and I get this kind of treatment? NO THANK YOU! Avoid at any cost. There are plenty of dealerships that will give you the same price for your car + the decent service and customer treatment. read more

Terrible customer service department. They do not listen to the customers. Jerry in the service department is the worst of all. I spoke to him on the phone and told him that my car would not start with my car battery that I last received from the dealership. He said that they could take a look at it but I had to have it to the shop by 6:30. I said okay I can make it home to get the battery and make it to the shop by 6:30. I got my battery as the car wouldn't start and made it to the dealership before 6:30pm. To be told that I had to bring my car in and he couldn't help me without my car. He wasted my time, as well as my rides time and gas driving all across the county just to get my battery replaced because he never once said the car had to come in also. Yes, I raised my voice and used language but this man was so sarcastic and arrogant he made me more and more angry the longer I was there. Even his body language showed he didn't care about me the customer who had a car that didn't start. So, now I will go buy a full price battery somewhere else (which they tested without the car and it was infact a bad battery) and I will also take all of my business elsewhere. Funny, I was just there a few weeks ago inquiring about trading my spouse's vehicle in for a new car. Mike Erdman you have lost a good customer as well as our future purchase due to Jerry. I would highly recommend he be fired for his sarcastic and arrogant attitude and terrible customer service! read more

The CVT transmission on Nissan's have been failing for years. If you buy one of these cars you can expect your transmission to die between 60,000 and 80,000 miles (the warranty ends at 60,000). Nissan recently recalled my Versa for a computer malfunction that could damage the transmission if the computer is not replaced. The recall started in the month of May, 2016, but I did not receive my notice until January, 2017. I brought the car in for the recall, and was told that the transmission was shot at 85,000 miles. I called Nissan corporate and they offered to pay 50% of the cost that I agree on with the dealership. The service manager Billy Stevens said that they would not negotiate the price, and that I would be charged full retail. Since Nissan has a history of failed CVT transmissions, the dealership should have shown some customer service tact, and worked with me on the cost of replacement. I have been bringing the Versa in for service for years, and each time I told the service manager that there was a problem with the transmission, only to be told they couldn't find a problem, yea right! I have 2 Nissan's, and I was about to buy another, but that is not going to happen now. read more

I called the dealership and a salesman verified that the advertised car was in fact on site and available at that price. (that pleasantly surprised me) That price was already discounted - so I was happy with the price. I then met with the salesman and then drove that car and 2 others thereafter. The last car I looked at - I kept overnight - and brought it back to the dealer the next day to buy it. My credit is not good, so I thought I was going to have to put a lot of money down or pay cash. I was surprised however that Nissan Motor offered me financing. The credit process was painless and no one there at the dealership pressured me one bit. Carlton Blake was my salesman for my purchase. He is a very nice man. He has been in his job at that dealer for many years. The sales manager was laid back too and the F/I process was very easy. I had shopped 2 other dealers before buying here. BTW - the other Nissan dealer I went to before this one had obscured the real pricing of the same vehicle in what I anticipate was their intro into the haggling process. I did not go for that and am glad that I made the drive to Merritt Island. read more
