I do NOT recommend this agency! DO NOT USE THEM. Originally I was working with an agent named Ariel. We were buying a house and needed full roof coverage. She sent us a quote for home and auto bundle. When we were finally ready to sign, she was no longer with the agency and we were transferred to Meredith. He was very friendly and helpful, but once the binder was sent to us on May 3rd, we realized that we did NOT, in fact, receive full roof coverage as promised. May 3rd was a Saturday and we had an insurance deadline of Monday to procure the insurance. I immediately wrote an email to the agent, Mike Johnson, and the account manager, Meredith. They did not respond, so I had to go with another insurance. On May 5th, I spoke to Meredith and he cancelled my policy and ensured a refund. On May 6, I received an email that our car beacons for safe driving were being mailed, indicating to me that the policy had NOT been cancelled. I reached out again and was assured it was going to be cancelled and I would be contacted about a refund. It is now June 3rd, a MONTH after cancelling, and I STILL NOT RECEIVED THE $1400. I called Meredith on June 3rd at 12PM and he said it looked like it was still in "underwriting" and did not appear to be fully cancelled. He told me he would call me back in 1 hour, at 1PM CST. It is now 6PM CST and, you guessed it, I never received a call. In all of our communications, I have included Mike Johnson, the agent, whose face is plastered at the bottom of every email. He has NEVER communicated to me in the several grievances I've had. He has never apologized or reached out to ensure I have been taken care of. Meredith is a lovely human and very nice to speak to, but this agency is extremely inefficient and Mike Johnson does not seem to care about clients being taken care of. read more

STAY AWAY! This agent and his staff are extremely incompetent. Client services are horrible. Lack of follow through. Mishandling of policies and accounts. No proactive account reviews, nor do they advise on proper policy coverage's. I'm always having to contact them multiple times to see if my requests have been taken care of. No acknowledgements until I have sent multiple emails and a have called numerous times. This agent is only interested in taking your money. Seek representation with another agent. I have notified State Farm and the Texas Department of Insurance. My policies were transferred to another agent. read more

She has found the best options for my household and helped me make sure I was all set for purchasing an out of state vehicle. I've been calling for the last few weeks trying to get someone in this office to cancel a policy and to stop getting text messages saying I owe on the policy I haven't needed since last October. I finally had to block the number that I get text messages from on my phone which is ridiculous seeing that the matter should have been resolved weeks ago. I was told a few weeks ago that I would stop receiving text messages for this policy but yet I still receive them. I was also told today that their underwriting team is very backed up and has not gotten to taking care of the matter since my first phone calls a few weeks ago. I have asked to speak to Mike Johnson on my first phone call and today to resolve this matter in a more timely manner and the people in his office always say he's not in the office and that they speak for him when they tell me there's nothing to be done but wait until the underwriting department resolved the matter. I shouldn't have to keep calling every time I get a text message from this office for a matter that should have already been resolved on my first phone call. read more

We have received 3 calls regarding a call back from months ago. Twice I asked to be called back after 4pm because we were considering changing, this last time I received a call I was told I would get a quote emailed to me. I said ok perfect I'm actually going to sign a new policy this week so please send that asap so that I could keep options open. I never received a call back so I called them and asked to be removed from the list and explained why. Never apologized or showed any concern. So I asked for the office manager, I was placed on hold and told they could help me, I advised them I would still like to speak to the office manager. I was hung up on, I called back and sent to vmail. So I called a third time and was put on hold. I finally spoke to Michael Johnson, he told me he would remove my number and left it at that. I was thinking maybe he would talk to me and still try to earn my business but that didn't even happen. So it looks like I'll be sending over my new policy over to Allstate. I was hoping state farm would be a good contender but I guess I'll never know..... well at least from this office. read more
