Working with those folks was the most frustrating experience and it took days to get an email answer from them (longer than snail-mail). They had a tendency to keep you hanging. The original folks that took me as a customer into their agency treated me respectfully well when I first insured my vehicle through Allstate 25 years ago. I miss working with those folks. The new ownership that runs this place now has been so terrible and it has suffered greatly. They lack proper communications and customer support there doesn't exist at all. I am so glad I switched over to my local Allstate Agency (namely Melanie Martinez and Susan Cardillo). Melanie is so nice and responsive to my emails. The first time I spoke with her on the phone, I knew off the bat that she enjoys what she does and is always concerned about your insurance needs. I told her that it was frustrating working with the other office and I would rather work with a local office closer to my home. I am now able to find relief that Melanie emails me back way faster than that old office ever did.
