He told me they didn't usually order solar octane 4Runners because it's an undesirable color. A couple days later he calls me back and said he found one that could be shipped to their dealership in Lafayette but it would be a $7,500 markup added on to the price... How does that make sense? It's an undesirable color which makes it hard to sell...but you're going to add a mark up. Talk about frauds. Dont shop here, never pay above MSRP.

Tony communicated clearly, followed through to make sure the service was completed as promised in a timely manner, and he is an affable man. He also went over the tasks that were performed on previous services at their dealership, which I was made aware of prior to this service. My thanks to Tony, the service tech who performed the work, and Austin who provided a ride home and picked me up when the work was completed. I had an appointment with a…read moresalesman to drive up on a Saturday morning, he knew I was coming to look at a specific vehicle and he was explicitly told to let me know if anyone else had come in on the truck or if they were purchasing it potentially so that I did not waste two hours of my day driving up to the dealership and back. Show up to the dealership and they've got some other people inside of the truck looking at it, I didn't receive a call from anyone. Then I'm told it will be 10 to 15 minutes and they will let me know if I'm even allowed to look at the truck. I told them that they have 10 minutes and I will be driving back to Indianapolis to go buy a vehicle somewhere else. They ended up giving me the keys, told me to take it for a test drive. I know all they did was used that as leverage to get the other people to sign their contracts and paperwork. Show back up after test driving it and the salesman says the other people bought the truck, have a good day, turns around and walks back inside the dealership. Not the professionalism I would expect from a dealership group such as this. The good news is you can purchase a vehicle from thousands of different dealerships, I choose to not have this be one of them.

Within sixty miles, the car had a coolant leak. We call the folks down here that sold us the car, they told us to take it to a mechanic and have the mechanic call them. They would take care of it. The did not take care of it. Although the fix wasn't expensive, it was only one hundred dollars, it is the principle or it. The mechanic said it was obvious they tired to fix the leak, but the weren't able to. They still sold us the car and refused to even pay part of it. These guys fit the 'used car salesman' stereotype.

We had a dreadful experience at Twin City Dodge. We test drove an Audi A4 2019 on a Sunday. I think…read morethat's illegal. The car had a shattered windshield that the dealer promised to replace with an Audi Windshield. The dealer replaced the windshield with an Aftermarket windshield, This is a HUGE Safety Concern. They were fully aware that we were driving back to St Louis the same day with the car. The salesman allowed a 17 year old driver drive 300 miles, with a damaged windshield. Ten miles from the lot the car started exhibiting warnings about the pre sensor malfunctioning. The windshield was NEVER calibrated. I will follow up with Indiana BMV to see if this is even lawful. It's really despicable to sell any car in this condition. The front bumper was promised to be replaced and that was not replaced. After an inspection in St Louis by Audi is was discovered that both engine mounts are damaged and leaking. Also, not disclosed at the time of showing or purchase. 100% I would not trust this company again.
