However, they refused to order a new lens because it had been a little over a year since his eye exam. He had contacted them a couple months ago to get a new lens put in. They sent him a payment option but he forgot about it and did not order the new lens at that time. He didn't need a new eye exam because he has 20/20 and just needs reader lenses. Anyway they are losing his business, my business and the business of our kids.

Dr. Byers and her husband (who serves as her assistant) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The exam was relatively quick and painless (even for me, who absolutely can't stand having stuff touch his eyes). Having air blown into your eye is an interesting experience though! I had the basic dilation exam, and Dr. Byers clearly explained everything and answered my questions easily. Though I am from out of town I definitely recommend their practice and will definitely use them again if I'm in the area! Also, I had scheduled an appointment through their website which was impressive for a smaller business such as theirs! I highly recommend it.

This has been an amazing experience from my initial consult to my follow up appointment, one day after my surgery. I have met people with a common care or interest as me which is Animal, Rescue, and CARE, my nurse Sarah, who got me ready for surgery was amazing and we swapped fantastic cat stories about our babies so I will definitely not be afraid to go for my second surgery which I will probably do sooner than I initially thought my left eye is crystal clear whereas the right one wasn't OK I am 100% plus satisfied.

I called back and asked for a supervisor and she hung up again. I went down there and asked who hung up on me she said she did. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she was the manager and I didn't leave she was calling the cops. The other guy there asked what was the problem I told him I was 3 months from my eye appt still waiting on my trial pair of contacts. She threatened to call the cops again if I didn't leave.
