Custom size racetrack oval glass tabletop

Honestly I tried to order online from a few wholesale glass shops. I googled internet wholesale and thought that has to be the cheapest option.. But was annoyed at how the long wait would be to have my glass tabletop delivered. 2 to 3 weeks. I was also scared the measurement wouldn't be right. How do they know where the racetrack slants are? The standard racetracks are 44x84. My primary use is without one slab shrinking the measurement. So I googled local glass people. And Mike the Glazier came up. I got a quote that was lower than the internet price. So figured why not. They gave me a sheet of paper to draw my exact table dimension. And I brought it back same day at around 2pm. Next day I get a call at about 9am. It was ready! Next day glass tabletop versus 2 weeks internet. They helped me load it into my car and even gave me the circle things to hold the glass top, which I was originally going to order from Amazon for $7. Finished product is gorgeous and cheaper than the web shops. I saved nearly $200 plus $7 on the circle holder things. And I get it 2 to 3 weeks earlier that online So here's to ordering local versus online. Who knew your local shop was more price and time competitive than online. I dont knownif you are supposed to tip. Bthese glasstops are so pricey. Ho hopefully I'm giving back by posting a review. Thanks Mike the Glazier! Fully support your business.

These guys made getting my quarter glass window replaced about as easy as possible. A while back someone smashed the quarter glass on my car and I had been driving around ghetto style with a trash bag taped over the hole. Had called up this shop a few times trying to coordinate when to bring my car in, unfortunately they couldn't order the glass I needed through their distributor but they hooked me up when I managed to find the glass on ebay. Went in on a tuesday morning around 9am with no appointment and was taken care of right away. Good bunch of guys/characters work here, definitely entertaining. I'd recommend taking any window/glass issues you have to these guys. Pretty sure they do apts and houses as well.

hard to see but cracked balcony door glass (before).

I have a glass top for my car that is horribly scratched up- I'm looking for a repair, not a replacement- will this place repair it?

Chad also honored the price he quoted me over the phone, which probably was not the absolute lowest out there.

Horrible and hostile staff. Dropped by on a Tuesday morning when the store was empty to check out…read moredifferent Andersen window and patio door options. The person working there knew very little about the products (e.g. didn't even know there is a contemporary style option for various Andersen doors). He was also very rude. When I asked basic questions about how large particular windows in the showroom were, "Large enough" was the answer. That was followed shortly by "This is not a public showroom. This is for WindowRama customers only." Do people place orders before they go to the showroom? Seems pretty backwards. We were looking for 40+ windows and a patio slider. We even called ahead the day before to confirm with another employee and they had asked us to stop by.

While the showroom is small, the person was so helpful - friendly, not pushy. We left with so much information - and after mulling it over, we called to have a salesperson come over, look at what we needed done and give us a quote The salesperson, Chris, came when he said he would, looked the job over, asked what we wanted, and gave us a quote. We had waited so long to have the windows replaced (years!) that we decided to 'go for it''. Chris said we'd have a Project Manager that would stop by and check on the job (which would take 2 days) - it sounded too good to be true. The installer, Chris (different Chris!) came by, to take the final measurements and our windows were ordered. We were told it would take 4 - 6 weeks. Within that time frame, we were called and given the install date. On the date given, a truck pulled up, dropped off everything needed to do the job - and about an hour later, Chris and his assistant got to work. Later that day, our Project Manager showed up, just to make sure everything was progressing nicely - yes, we really did have a Project Manager! The next day while Chris and his assistant finished the job, Chris the salesperson showed up just to see how things were going - I don't ever recall seeing a salesperson after a sale was made! Towards the end of the second day, our Project Manager came by and checked out the whole job! He was satisfied - and we were thrilled. Replacing windows is not cheap, and it's something easily put off, but I'm writing this in my warmer, quieter living room because we finally made a choice - and we are so glad that we chose WindowRama!
