Having just experienced a disastrous 45K dollar 1,600 foot deep dry well by another driller who claimed there is always water eventually, was clearly a concern. There are no guarantees when drilling a well. Using both electromagnetic VFL soundings and a seasoned local water witcher produced a number of possible locations. Paul assessed the locations and shared his opinion that we followed. At 550 feet we hit 20 gpm of quality water. Not only did Paul honor his contract to the letter, the drilling site was meticulously maintained and completely cleaned when he was finished. Shannon came in behind to set the pump system up using the most current technology and equipment available. He cleaned the well and pump multiple times and was producing perfect water samples for testing in no time. Honestly, drilling a well is expensive and a bit scary. This is hands down the team you want for drilling and setting up your well.

They have an aggressive demeanor and try to make you feel like they are doing you a favor. They got physically aggressive, had to call the cops. Customers beware of these guys, they are rude, they are sloppy workers and do not understand what customer service is about. 30 years in business but not one internet review ? Shannon Dierkop is a thief that has a horrible reputation in San Diego with not paying employees and being violent bully and aggressive, he works with no contracting license and Paul Dierkop his brother will back up his attitude and will not make the job right with the clients. Nick made several trips to diagnose our problem which ultimately was a failing pump. He was able to get us a new pump within a week and spent the day replacing it. Nick made recommendations on other items that he found which we should consider replacing but it was never a upsell technique just the realty of what is discovered when pulling a pump. He gave us the pros and cons and pricing and that was it. The new pump works great and we could not be more pleased with the service and value we received.

Today Luke fixed the leak in the pump house. Honestly the pipes were at least 40 years old and now they are simplified and new. Here is what unfolded recently ... My vacation home is a 150 miles away from my main home and I am hardly ever there. So I had to trust Ben completely when he said that he had replaced the well pump motor and that the well was now in good working order. Ben was not happy when I asked if it was okay to pay him in several days giving me time to verify the wells status. His previous temporary fix a week earlier didn't work at all, so I was a bit reluctant to pay this time without checking it out. Despite my hesitancy, he demanded that I pay him immediately via a credit card. So I paid in full based on what I believed was his honorable reputation. The well did work for a couple of watering cycles, but 2-3 weeks later it failed once again. Ben went out to investigate and stated that it was a minor issue and that he would fix it in couple weeks. About 2.5 weeks later, with temps close to 100 degrees and a lot of dying plants, I called Ashley his assistant to convey some urgency. She assured me that he would be out in a few days to make the repairs. Needless to say, he never showed up, nor were any of my increasingly desperate calls to his office ever returned.
