I was consistently experiencing a foul odor every time I pulled up the stopper after washing dishes in my kitchen sink. It was suggested that I get a smoke test to check for leaks in my sewer pipes. Originally, asked JL Plumbing (that I found on the road in the 1st picture) to come out and install new toilets we just bought. As soon as Josh walked into my garage where I stored the new toilets, he smelled gas. I had installed a new dryer the week before by a family member. So Josh brought his foam thing (picture 2) then detected a gas leak. He worked on it for a few hours to replace stuffs and fix it. This prevented a future possible accident given we park our truck there. Then came time the next day to install the toilet. Then Josh noticed a build up in the pipe (pic 3). Then he had to go under our house to replace a pipe of that toilet. That took another few hours until 730pm. Then finally today, he brought the snake camera to inspect our pipe and found build up that will need a scrapping ( we will do that down the line). He also brought a gas sniffer that he used all around our dryer, water heater and pipe to detect more leak but al clear, no detection. To say that Josh went above and beyond for our house in the past 3 days would be an understatement. On top of that, he took time to clearly and thoroughly explained everything to us and also put Jose on the phone for further clarification. These guys are some really stand up dudes! After finding myself home alone while the rest of my family was out of town hearing nothing but water running 24 seven I began to freak out. I thought there's no way I can have water running inside this house somewhere while I'm here by myself. After hearing it for a full night I called JL Martinez Plumbing at 6:45am. I fully expected to get the answering machine but wanted to make my calls before I headed into work for the day. They answered the phone right away.
