Only had my system a little over a year and one of my cameras do not work and my panel is out. Oh, Vivint wants you to pay a monthly fee for techs to come out and fix your equipment. I already pay too much for the crappy equipment as it is. I would be calling them everyday to come and fix something. Not worth it. Very dissatisfied customer and I'm stuck in a contract. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If you have knowledge of security systems and don't mind paying your bill every month and also willing to fix and or troubleshoot everything yourself anytime something goes offline, then this is the company for you.
