This office lady was so mad saying "well this is the number you left us to contact you!" I said "But I texted you a cell phone number to use instead (still no big deal, just hang up and call that number so my husband can get back to work). I wish I could post the screen shot here of the message I got to my cell phone. It said " I hope you get the day you deserve you miserable bitc*h" Over asking her to call a different number, two separate times, nicely. Was not mad about it at all. These guys came out and found the problem, replaced the siding in a very professional manner, and corrected the downspout issue so that it feeds directly into the gutter.
