Ultimate View replaced all of our windows, along with front and back doors and a sliding door. We live in a nearly 100 year old home so any updates are not straightforward. One of my biggest concerns was lead dust mitigation given we have a toddler. Tom is certified in this area. The job was completed while we were away and the house was immaculate on our return. They take the lead concerns very seriously. Tom provided excellent suggestions and was incredibly easy to work with. His crew has been with him for 20 years and it shows. Tom came out and gave me an estimate and did not apply any pressure and gave me a very reasonable price along with financing options. Tom scheduled to have his guy come out and give me a final measuring and about 3-4 weeks later they came out and installed them. The install was done way beyond my expectations. Within a week I had a very reasonable, no-pressure quote, and finance options. We made the deal that day. The installation took some time due to brick work, and weather. But the installer was very respectful of my time and property. They kept me informed at all steps and did a great job cleaning after their work. The windows are of sturdy quality and my heater is already thanking me by lowering its gas use. We honestly are thrilled with our new windows! Our old windows were original to our home which was built in the early 60s. There were some issues with the village and permits but Tom handled that with no problem at all. From start to finish this was a painless process and we couldn't be more appreciative! Ultimate View Windows came to quote for several replacement windows. He suggested that I exercise the warranty since they appeared to be newer windows. (Another company was too eager to quote for new windows .) The windows were put in prior to our purchase of the property. He showed me where to locate the serial number on each window.
