Mike's amazing cakes is really amazing! Our travel theme wedding cake. Strawberry bannana top. Chocolate peanut butter bottom

Mike's amazing cakes was one of the highlights of our wedding. The guests were so impressed! The DJ said it was the best hes ever seen and encouraged other guests to come check it out. Flavors: best cake I've ever had, not exaggerating. We chose strawberry banana and chocolate peanut butter and salted caramel. They were there right on the dot too! Very prompt. Would give 5 stars if better communication. Reply to emails and voicemails. The only way to communicate seems to be getting them while they're in the office over the phone

My daughter wanted a boba/bubble tea themed party and her favorite color is purple. I sent a sample picture and this cake is perfect.

Excellent experience. Mike was professional and thorough and best of all, created the most amazing cake for my daughter's birthday. Exactly what I wanted it to look like. And it tasted good too!

Mike and his team contributed to making our wedding magical. His cakes are masterpieces and even though we wanted a simple cake, he treated our wedding with the same professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you!

No need to look further, hands down the BEST cake person in the PNW! I couldn't be happier and thankful to Mike for the A.M.A.Z.I.N.G and D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S Frozen cake he created for my daughter's bday. It was truly a work of art and the cake itself was tasty and made to perfection. I also asked him to make chocolate chip and sugar cookies and they were just as good as the cake! Mike was super responsive, usually returning my emails or calls within a few hours. He was so easy to work with. I explained to him what my daughter wanted, and he sketched a beautiful design that he shared with me for my review and approval. He happily made all the specific changes I requested, and he delivered! We are so happy with everything and would not hesitate to recommend Mike's Amazing Cake! We can't wait to have Mike create another "art-piece" for us! Thanks again Mike!

Ordered a lightning McQueen cake loved it the day before next day it was melted down than we noticed it wasn't even red velvet cake maybe a white cake with red dye which made it a pink color!!! the layer of cream cheese filling not sure what we had for filing but it was white ! Over all worse cake experience I want my money back 500 on a cake that didn't even make it to the party and the.lack of professionalism socks talking to him is like talking to and angry 2 year yells the whole time and want to be. The only person heard

Our wedding guests said our cake was amazing. Mike's lives up to their name in two ways: taste and aesthetics. We knew we were going with Mike's after we sampled cake on a Saturday. It's delicious cake, even to someone who feels meh about cake. We recommend getting their samples and finding just the right mix of flavors for you. Our choices ended up being simple: marble cake with salted caramel mousse. The flavors are anything but simple: our guests thought maybe it was tiramisu or maybe cookies and cream. Mike makes something simple taste grand and exotic. Watching people puzzle over it was a joy, and made us proud of our choice. The finished cake was a work of art. We asked Mike for something with an Art Deco style, provided some samples of aesthetics we liked from buildings and vehicles, and asked him to apply his creativity. He created an edible sculpture, beautiful lines, cantilevered tiers, and impossible curves. It was unexpected and, somehow, exactly what we asked for. If your plans can make room for it, let Mike have creative freedom. You won't regret it.

Wedding Cake: "Sidewalk Ends" with Dragon_From Above

Mike's Amazing Cakes not only lived up to, but surpassed their name in ther creation of the cake for our 4th of July wedding. My husband and I are both big Shel Silverstein fans, and my darling is an avid D&D player. We asked that Mike create a cake combining the cover image from Where the Sidewalk Ends with a dragon, and were more than thrilled with the result. Indeed, the cake was such a hit, we had to delay the cake cutting until about 20 of our guests had enough time to take pictures. Even better, not only was the cake gorgeous, it was amazingly moist and delicious to boot. I can't recommend them highly enough. I can hardly wait for an excuse to order another specialty cake from them.

    My Sushi birthday cake!

WOW!! Mike's cakes are nothing short of amazing, spectacular, incredible, and more! My birthday cake drew more attention than my bevy of sexy, hot girlfriends. Throughout the entire night, I had random strangers stop by my table to gawk at, comment, and take pictures of it. My friends were also in awe of it and took pictures of the cake nonstop. I was upstaged by my own cake! It's very lifelike in person! So much so that I was often asked of the "sushi's" authenticity. I honestly didn't expect much with the taste as I assumed the bakers spent more time on the decoration but boy was I wrong. It was light, with aromatic and great tasting passion fruit filling. It was obviously a hit. A guy passed by offered $5 for a slice because it looked so good. I cannot wait to see his next creation!

    This is a cake!

You won't believe it's a cake! Mike's Amazing Cakes can do the most incredible designs. They'll deliver and are very tasty! A little pricey but if you want something that is totally different and unique you'll definitely find it here.

Mike makes cakes like you've never seen... truly Out of this world. For our weeding, we decided the cake will be chocolate with chocolate mousse filling. It was tasty. They had some strange flavors like coffee and almond roca. Our cake was in the shape of a roller coaster for my wedding. While we were there, I also saw the most incredible Pirate ship cake. This was 5 years ago and I'm still raving. Imagine how good this place is. Also, you can arrange to go in for sample. It's a great afternoon on it's own. :) I think I'm going to have Mike build a fire engine cake or maybe a garbage truck for my son's 3rd birthday. First impressions: the space is genuinely charming. Everything is thoughtfully presented--very dreamy, almost cloud‑like in aesthetic. You want to love it before you even take a bite. The fruit cakes were pleasant, but this is where personal preference really matters. For me, I always lean toward more fruit, less cream. While the whipped cream feels light at first, after a few bites it starts to feel heavy and a bit greasy on the palate--pretty, but not especially restrained. The black sesame cake was the most interesting--and the most polarizing. The first bite was a true wow: deep, nutty, and indulgent. But as I worked through it, the texture became confusing. There were jelly‑like cubes mixed in that broke up the experience in a way I couldn't quite reconcile. I love black sesame, but this particular execution wasn't entirely my thing. The standout, without question, was the croissant. It's excellent--beautifully laminated, crisp where it should be, tender where it counts. I completely understand why they've earned awards here. I only wished there were a savory vegetarian option to explore the full range of what they can do. As for the coffee: visually, it's spot‑on. Flavor-wise, it misses the mark. Pouring caramel over the top without integrating it into the pulled shots means it sinks straight to the bottom. The result is an unbalanced experience--mild up top, an overwhelming sugar bomb at the end. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish it. All that said, it was genuinely fun to try, and it's the kind of place I'd revisit out of curiosity--especially to see what shows up seasonally. I'd absolutely be intrigued by something like a passionfruit offering.
