Firstly, NancyKay missed our introductory meeting. I left her a couple of emails and voice mail the day of and could not get ahold of her. The meeting location was out of my commute and was incredibly disappointed. I did not hear back from her until the next day and I hesitantly agreed to reschedule our meeting (and luckily, it was at a reasonable location). She was apologetic about the instance during our meeting and I appreciated her apology. We were pleased with the customized design and her cake samples that we went ahead and booked her services. (Please note that we had not signed a contractual agreement yet. Just an email confirmation) Communication between her and myself was horrendous. There were multiple occasions when I had to follow up as I did not hear back from her for a week. After weeks of communication, we finally confirmed all of the details and were ready to secure the payment. We received an email from her stating that she was no longer able to create our cake as she was fully booked that weekend. We were ABSOLUTELY livid. We couldn't believe it! We felt that our time and efforts were wasted and could have dedicated them towards a different cake vendor. This was by far, the worst service we've ever received. I'm incredibly dissatisfied with NancyKay's services. I don't recommend her to anyone.
