I just came in to make a purchase after visiting for the first time yesterday. Yesterday, the employee told me to enter my phone number so I could earn points as a new customer. Today, the cashier scanned my purchase and immediately told me to tap my card. When I mentioned the rewards, she said, "Sorry, I already rang it up. Next time." As a new customer, how was I supposed to know I needed to enter my phone number before paying? She never asked or gave me the option, so I missed the points for today's purchase. I loved the cake I bought yesterday and came back because of it, but today's customer service was very disappointing. Server was very friendly and there were samples of the key lime cake out. We all thought the samples were very tasty. We ordered three different bundlets- red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, and carrot. We shred them at home and agreed the white chocolate raspberry had the best flavor then the carrot cake one and then red velvet. The carrot cake was very tasty but we didn't think it tasted much like carrot cake, but more like a spice cake. The red velvet one was a little dry which is why it was our least favorite. She hand delivered my order and asked questions on details I didn't even think of. She made the cake portion of my wedding the easiest and most simple out of every detail. I had long been curious to try Nothing Bundt Cakes given their popularity. A few flavors are offered with varying sizes from bite-sized to a personal portion to a shareable cake. An Individual Bundlet is $5.50 and a Bundlet Bundle of a dozen is a tad cheaper at $60. I had tried four different flavors: Peppermint Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Raspberry, Lemon, and Classic Vanilla. Regrettably I was not that impressed with the cakes. While nicely moist, it was far too sweet, particularly the icing. Flavors themselves were standard, although the White Chocolate Raspberry did not have much of raspberry and actually had a stronger vanilla flavor than Classic Vanilla. read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes continues to impress me! I went to a Yelp event recently at the Kirkland location, and the cakes were so good that I knew I had to come back here and try some more. On my most recent visit here, I got the red velvet and lemon bundtlets - so, so good. I feel like red velvet cakes are hard to get right because they can taste really artificial and/or too sweet, but the bundtlet here was perfect. They also put chocolate chips in the cake batter, which I wasn't a big fan of but still tasted nice nonetheless. As for the lemon, there was a really strong lemon smell right off the bat when I opened the container (which is a good thing!). The cake tasted just like lemon rolls that I used to love when I was a kid. The sweet/sour balance was just right. I've seen a bunch of reviews where people found the frosting was too sweet, but it was perfect for me and a great combination with the red velvet and lemon flavors IMO. I do tend to have a sweet tooth though. I think the price of a bundtlet ($5.50) is getting towards the higher side but still fair. The cakes looks small at first glance but once you start eating there's actually quite a bit of it, and for the taste it's a price that I'd gladly pay. read more
