He never looked at the unworn item nor receipt which was present. He asked why and the gentleman stated because the top of the box was ripped. I instantly called the manager when my son arrived home. I explained what happened and the employee lied several times. He first said the item was unsellable and then he said he had no receipt. When I arrived back with him they saw zero issues and returned it. It's very inconvenient so have someone take almost an hour going back and forth to the store. I could assume why he was treated like that but without proof I'll keep it to the employee was very unprofessional. Do better !!!!! To much of our money is spent here for this type of behavior

If you want a gun or ammo, you end up at a Cabelas or Bass Pro, where the person behind the counter may not be passionate about guns. They may have no clue about the current trends and markets. That's not always bad, but in this case it sure is. There are very few brick and mortar stores that have the intelligence and insight of the guys and gals at M&M. I walked in, not knowing what to expect, and was met with a warm charm I long to see these days. The staff was comfortable, sharp and easy to talk to. That's paramount when it comes to the stressful environment guns can create. I have watched these guys and gals deal with new shooters and experienced shooters alike and found they adapt to the specific person and provide the service needed. Being in law enforcement I think we need more experienced shooters and people who know guns are not dangerous in the hands of responsible gun owners who respect what they are capable of. I will be a long time costumer, I'm sure of this, and will show as many people I can how easy they make the whole experience. If you are a new shooter, a long time shooter, police, EMS, military or something totally different...this is the place for you. Just walk in with an open mind, and don't act inappropriate. I'm always greeted by people and always am asked if I need any help. I feel like gun stores in general have the friendliest staff always willing to help and answer any questions. There is so much to know and so many options! I used to work at a tactical gear company, so I know there's a lot! We were able to take a closer look at some things and they were very knowledgeable. They also have reasonably priced putters and drivers there even though they are a bit older. The baseball and hockey equipment isn't a steal by any means but they still have some good prices on skates and pads. Ultimately the Play It Again on Manchester has a more extensive selection of equipment and is priced a bit better but it is nice to have one so close to home. Good service, would recommend.
