I looked and saw they do have a nice warranty. I wanted to ask about it, but realized it wouldn't matter. If I had to come back to him for warrantied items, I'd be better off dealing with an automated phone process from some online retailer. At least then, the lack of customer service would be expected, not offensive. I looked and wouldn't you know it? They sell these at other online retailers. I closed my phone, "thanks so much."
