But when I went in recently I was less than impressed by one of his employees who helped me with my 17" MacBook Pro problem. That employee basically changed his diagnosis twice and I ended up buying a product I didn't need; in the end, after holding my computer for nearly a week, declared he couldn't help me. (for the record: Tech Genius fixed my computer in a matter of hours once we had all the needed components.) To me this was a problem of communication and I felt sort of dismissed by the whole thing. They were hard working business vendors... scratch that... partners in our success. Foojee specializes in helping companies that have a good number of Mac or iOS devices. They provide IT support, repair services, software training and assistance with all things involving Apple products.
