It only cost $20 to fix including the extra part. They even fixed the brakes on the bike also. This is my spot for anything bike related, I would recommend this place to anyone. This was a great choice because it allows you to sort of keep up with the flow of traffic and you also don't have a pedal so much lol. It was so fun! They give you a bike lock and paper map with suggested places to visit or you can do the guided tour with one of their tour guides. I saw one in passing and it looked pretty fun. The bikes come with a little bag on the front to hold the lock and other small things. You also have the option to add a cell phone holder or basket to the bike, even a picnic add-on (basket, reusable wine glasses, blanket, & coupons). I would definitely use their bikes again!

The bikes are really good quality. Nice condition, good colors and paint, no rust and functional with no issues. I requested an extra lock because we sometimes we use them separately verses riding together- and you want to keep them secure all the time ! They use Cloud 9 seats- big and comfortable- perfect for those long adventures on the bike trails all over the island. I did interact with customer service they were super friendly and helpful. I would say HHBC is one of the best bike rental companies on the island and we have been coming here 39 years. I was told 2-3 days when I dropped off my bike. 7 days later he hasn't even looked at it because he is under staffed and over worked. He made sure to inform me that he has no way to let me know how long it would take. I asked where I was in line to which he said it would take him 15 min to find out and that the problem with getting to my bike was being on the phone with me. Someone anyone open a different bike repair shop in Statesboro. Bumped it up to 3stars from 1star. After my call and original review Billy went ahead and fixed my bike. His communication is not the best but he does the work.
