Office staff is very courteous and professional. Clear communication. Timely response for the project. The team of installers worked diligently. Cons: had to schedule time off work to be present for installation. Used a wire on the bottom of the fence vs an aluminum pole. My wife and I purchased our new home in September of last year, and the back yard fence was a little dilapidated. We have 2 small dogs and they were always managing to escape. If it weren't for COVID this would have been a one-star review. Mike came to assess our property back on 9/10. He was knowledgable, friendly, and helped talk me through a fence design that fit the property and my budget well (and that honestly I didn't have a clear idea about). The time to get an estimate was satisfactory and cant say enough how well the team that put our fence up did. We love it, the gates all open smoothly, the fence seams absolutely flawless.
