    The district manager dalyn 24yrs old is the most inexperienced, immature, unprofessional and…read moreuncompassionate toxic person I have ever met..Has absolutely no experience in dog behavior especially when it comes to rescues..She's straight up a bully.. shes very rude. will lie straight to your face. Gaslight you without a sound.. she is by far the fakest human being I have ever met. Has absolutely no appreciation or respect for her staff or clients....4 people have left because of her in the 7 months I was there..5 including me. she talks about her employees behind their backs. Can I say 2faced? I have proof in txt messages between coworker's.. All she cares about is taking your money.she Doesn't care if your dog is happy & comfortable or not.. I have witnesse her lie and be very nasty towards clients.. she has no shame.. the owner doesn't care, she's never there. she's trying to sell and move to Tennessee. She's lied to me as well.. I put my own money into supplies for daycare and I didn't get a thankyou or an offer for reimbursement... a dog attacked another dog and the injured dog was kicked out of daycare. And who did the evaluation of the injured dog was the manager..fights started happening because dalyn's evaluations are shitty. She doesn't let the dogs have enough time and allows unneatured males into daycare. And then has the audacity to say" balls have nothing to do with it " umm. Balls have Everything to do with it..just shows how ignorant this manager is. This is the only daycare that allows this.. No other daycare excepts unneatured dogs..why? Because it's Common sense . I mean duh.. Ive been working with dogs longer than shes been alive.Dalyn is by far the worse manager I've ever had. And hope to ever have. I mean good God! I can provide proof of all ive said. dalyn is truly a horrible person.. I don't wish her for anyone..what a nightmare she is..

    I was initially very pleased with Furry Land Mobile Dog Grooming. I used them once, was happy with…read morethe service, and scheduled my next appointment for two months later. My appointment was scheduled for Monday at 9:00 AM. However, on Thursday, I received an email stating that my appointment had been successfully rescheduled to a different time. The problem was that I never requested a reschedule. If Furry Land needed to change my appointment, I would have expected a phone call to discuss available options rather than receiving an automated notification that the appointment had already been moved. The new appointment time did not work for me, so I called to discuss the situation. Unfortunately, I reached an answering service. They said they would contact the franchise owner and have someone call me back. Later, I received a call from a woman who identified herself as the manager. When I explained my concern, she repeatedly told me that she had not rescheduled the appointment and that "the system" had done it. While that may have been true, it completely missed the point of my concern. My issue was not who or what changed the appointment--it was that the appointment was changed without my knowledge, approval, or input. Rather than acknowledging that frustration or offering a solution, the conversation kept returning to the fact that the system made the change. At that point, I realized we were not going to reach an understanding, so I asked that my appointment be canceled and decided to find another mobile groomer. I made one phone call and secured an appointment with another groomer for the very next day. The grooming service itself was good, which makes this experience disappointing. Customer service and communication matter just as much as the quality of the grooming, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations.
