He said keep an eye on it, and if it happens again we might have to tunnel under the house to the spot where the debris was. We've been using them for several years now, but our latest experience sealed the deal. Recently we had them come out for a sewer pipe inspection from another plumbing company which provided us with a yearly scope of our line. They discovered a slab leak underneath our home due to a shifted sewer line. The estimate to fix the line was very high. We decided to get a second opinion, so we called Clearwater. Jason and Andrew were able to come out immediately to check the line. They ran a camera through the line and did see the disconnection but further under our slab, quite a bit further than the other company noted in their estimate. Jason gave us a quote that was much more affordable. Jason told me the excavation crew could be there the next day. The excavation company Clearwater uses was wonderful. I've never seen 3 more hardworking individuals. It was amazing they were able to dig a 10' tunnel under our slab in less than 3 hours. A day later, Jason and Andrew from Clearwater arrived to take care of the repairs, schedule the final inspection and testing and get the excavation company to backfill the tunnel. Clearwater seamlessly took care of a major repair with finesse and professionalism. If you need a plumber, Clearwater is the one to call. Update, a few days later, we discovered a link in the plumbing under our kitchen sink. Due to me being an amputee and my wife with a broken right wrist, we were not able to make the repairs ourselves. Their only response was to continue to push the $7k job to crack the foundation. While I agree that there are additional fixes needed, the camera showed enough clearance in the pipes that it should have been able to flow using septic toilet paper as advised. I only wanted the clog to be fixed while I worked on arranging the overall fix, but Dustin did not agree and was very combative regarding my request for a simple visit to guarantee the $1000 job I just paid for.

I'm hooked on Mike Holmes of "Holmes on Homes" & his adage: "if you're going to do it?, do it right the first time" & Matt Risinger Future proofing forward-thinking Belt-&-Suspenders type of forethought & penchant for "doing" things. Did A DIY install of a Rinnai 199iN tankless water heater at our home. Plumbed in an A.O. Smith whole house pre-& post filters along with a A.O. Smith resin pellet water softener & whole house filter. Nice clean sealed closet in the middle of the duplex off to the side of the kitchen pantry closet. Ran into some issues after 4 years with it not lighting the burner (code 11) I think it was stating that the burners were not lighting. I did the usual maintenance flame rods cleaned then replace them with new, water inlet filters, water saver restrictions took those out in each of the POS water outlets. I still had a warranty on this appliance so I contacted Home Depot where I bought it from & they directed me to contact Tioga Plumbing. 817 phone# (I'm in the 214 area) so I wasn't sure whether they would extend their service area into the Dallas area, but they were not only kind on accommodating the request, but they actually showed up the next day. Kaison the Tioga-Tech Spent 2 hours going over everything with Tech Support on the phone - unbeknownst to me It was actually Rinnai Tech Support. Tioga plumbing & Kaison didn't fix it that day, but they did identify the cause & requested that RINNAI step up & Warranty cover the part which they said that they would. Just waiting on the part to be delivered before I call them back again to change out the gas valve. Apparently, it has an electromagnetic servo-valve that can go faulty. I usually use Medley HVAC who have recently adding Plumbing as their service portfolio however, I'm going to concentrate solely on using Tioga Plumbing from now on. Both CO's are excellent in not only their customer service delivery, but their attitude all things respectfully considered with Tyoga asking me if that once the part was delivered, I could choose to install it myself or just call them back & they would be happy to do it - they gave me a quote that was 1/2 of what I was expecting it to be. Yeah, I'll be calling them back!!.
