Called for a lockout, keys in trunk, got access to the interior of car but had NO tools ( just needed small screwdriver) to release the back seat for access to keys. Received payment and left with keys still in the trunk!! read more

5 STARS ALL THE WAY!! My car locked itself when I went out to start it this morning. With the keys locked inside and no way to get back into my house, I was sitting in the cold for over an hour and a half. When no other company would come out to help, I finally found Mike's and my only regret is not finding him sooner. He came out within 20 minutes and got my door open in less than a minute. He was professional but extremely friendly. While I hope this never happens again, I'll definitely be calling Mike's Lockout Service if it does. My husband and I are on our honeymoon, on the way to DC. We stopped for food and locked our keys in our car, 5 hours from home and 1.5 hours from our honeymoon destination. I was extremely happy with Mike's service! He came extremely fast. Within 10 minutes. He was extremely good at what he does. It took him at the most 2 minutes to get my car door unlocked WITHOUT ANY damage. He was the only person who would come unlock my door due to the fact that it was a Mercedes. He was reasonably priced and very friendly. And patient. He had to wait with me for my fiancé to come for about 20 minutes but wasn't pushy or rude about it. I would recommend him to anyone. Getting a flat when you are an hour from home on a Sunday night without a jack can be the worse feeling. But we were very lucky to pull into a gas station that had a card for Mike's lockout Service. He came into 30 minutes and my husband and I were able to sit in the warmth of our car and have the tire changed. He even stayed to make sure the spare had the correct air pressure in it before we got back on the road. What could have been a long stressful night ended up being just a short detour.
