Deep dish key lime pie! Who wants some? ;)
    Charlie G.

Some the best Key Lime Pie ever! And a huge whole pie for a reasonable price. The Mississippi Mud Pie is also excellent. They have a huge selection of pies and cheesecakes, and are open to the public. Now I just need to try all of the other flavors they make. Wonderful people here too... very helpful!

Nice variety of pies and cakes. From Sea Salt Caramel to good ole Apple Pie. You can find these in various restaurants and stores, just look their website up to see where. If you would like to pick up one instead, this place sits on a dead end street in a commercial building on a corner. You wouldn't know it's there unless you looked it up. When I walked in to the place, it seemed more like just business area then a place that make delicious deserts. There was just a display case with all their pies and cakes in a typical office type setting...but they do make them here and you can pick them up during business hours. I just suggest calling first. I ordered a Reese's peanut butter pie and took it back to share at work. It didn't disappoint. A nice subtle chocolatey richness with peanut butter packed in with it. The pie didn't last long at all. I've tried the Sea Salt Caramel cheesecake and carrot cake as well. The cheesecake was delicious but wasn't entirely happy with the carrot cake. Just about everything here is frozen, but made freshly there before they do. Make sure to thaw them out a little before enjoying.

Yes It's the whole chocolate cake

    Do they sell Boysenberry pies?

I have not seen that flavor, and I love Boysenberry! I wish they would carry it. https://mikespies.com/pages/local-pick-up-mene

Do they sell key lime pie by the slice?...Also can you eat there?....Thanks

No. Only whole pies or cakes. It is not a restaurant, so you can't eat there.

I want to say we arrived about 930, and found out that we were the last table they were going to accept. So make sure you double check what time they will take walk-ins for dessert. I feel like everyone knows this, but just in case the dessert room is all upstairs and each table is in its own private little room. We were right next to the piano player so we got to hear his playing. Otherwise, if you're a little farther away, then you can choose music in your room, but for us, his piano playing would've definitely drowned out. His piano playing was beautiful though, so I'm not complaining. You can pick up a phone and request songs, which we did. For dessert we got the peanut butter truffle and the vintage lush chocolate sundae. We switched out the ice cream in the sundae for the macadamia ice cream. Everything was super rich and delicious. You need to have a major sweet tooth to eat here, because the desserts were punch you in the face sweet. It is Valet only in Valet is eight dollars. They do let you tip with card, which is nice. Service here is fantastic and everyone is dressed to impressed. This is old school Tampa. So don't expect any modern decor. It's all dark woods and velvet feeling. This is definitely an experience that I think everybody would love.

The macadamia nut ice cream is hands down the best I've ever had--worth the visit all by itself! The peach cheesecake was also absolutely delicious. The service was warm, attentive, and impeccable. I loved the live piano player, and the vintage phone where you can call in a song request is such a fun, unique touch that makes the experience even more special. Every detail was thoughtfully curated. Perfection plus! I can't wait to come back.

Little pricey but to be expected. Now the sundaes are insane! Watching them make it was pretty neat- they newly have a non-dairy strawberry which I felt went perfect with with Strawberry sundae that stood out to me! Mind you I can have dairy but my stomach definitely prefers less is better! LOL I did not try my friends brownie one but she really liked it. Honestly you can likely order the size mini because it really isn't so mini and perfect size to actually finish! My friend got the regular and had to toss likely the amount in difference between our two sizes because she was full and we had no way with our hotel room to freeze the leftovers. My dad and I had a great time browsing the selection of international candies and ended up picking up a bunch of treats from countries like Sweden, Denmark, and Germany. It's always fun trying snacks and candies from different parts of the world and seeing how they compare to what we're used to. My personal favourite was the Raspberry Fizz bottle candies, which I believe are from Sweden. They were absolutely delicious and easily the standout candy from our haul. While we focused on the imported candy this visit, the ice cream, chocolate, and other desserts all looked incredible as well. Everything in the display cases looked tempting, so we'll definitely have to come back and try some of those next time. So crazy good, I could only eat 1/3 of it, but it made for a delightful treat the next day too. The description of it is as follows: buttery Graham cracker crust with milk, dark, and white chocolate chips, bits of toffee, and topped with coconut. I also highly recommend taking a treat or two from their samples jar. Their toffee is clearly the best in the world, and every bite is a treat.
