It was a busy Saturday and a tour bus was there ahead of us but the friendly bartenders kept up nicely and nobody was waiting for a drink. Next up, I tried one of their specialties, the Burning Mussels, made with bacon, peppers, and tomatoes in a garlic-butter and white-wine broth, topped with Asiago and parmesan cheeses and served with garlic toast. The mussels were fresher than I thought they would be, and there is enough broth and ingredients, making the dish very hearty and filling. I finished with the Lamb Lollipops, a trio of three grilled chops, served on a bed of risotto. The lamb was cooked medium-rare like I ordered it and was seasoned just right. The food and ambiance were great, and the servers were friendly, and I had a great meal. The dishes combined made quite a meal and were more than enough for one person.
