Raj and Ram took my car, put it on the lift and when it touched the ground it was like skating on ice.. The car was solid as a rock. He said he'd need to bring someone to plug in the computer to the car and the job will cost $650 and 1.5 hours. He came the next day with his electrician and plugged in an iPad and asked me for both my keys to "reset the computer." It did not work and sure enough the computer said it was the ESL malfunction. Additionally he said my keys were low battery and now my car keys won't even unlock my car. He said he needs to replace the ESL and quoted me a new price of $975. This was two weeks ago. I called several times and he says the part is not available and when I ask him to bring his electrician back to reprogram my keys, he says the electrician is not around and to check back the next day. I keep calling and he won't answer my calls anymore and I can't even bring my car to the dealership because the keys wont work and the dealership will charge me money to reprogram my own damn keys. AVOID THESE PEOPLE! UNPROFESSIONAL!

This is without a doubt the most honest and friendly shop I have ever gone too. I came in for a…read morewheel alignment on my 2021 Tacoma. They pointed out that a bolt on my new suspension backed out (probably on the highway) and it goes to the knuckle joint of the wheel and that it would not align without it. Long story short they helped me get what I needed. I came back today with the bolt and to get the alignment. I also asked for new tpms sensors as I got new rims and tires and now it wasn't working. I assumed the other shop that did it left my sensors in my old set. So, TPMS $75 a pop, they could have easily taken my money and said they installed it, but instead they pointed out that they were indeed there but the other shop didn't reprogram them. So instead 9f charging me for all new sensors and installing they just did a quick reprogram for me. Very very honest shop, very friendly, the only shop I will go to now and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
