The other person on the title (that makes 2 people he hit with this false lien) made the hours long treck to the address on the claim just for no one to be there, No said bike and no response from the owner "Willie" if that's even true. I live in California so there's no way for me to retain a title for this property or pick it up. I was also told NOT to send him money via the clerks office, DMV AND the police department there in FL. I was advised of how to move forward and will.
