I was told it will work guarantee or bring back for an exchange or refund. The ecu was throwing code for dme internal malfunction so I took it back only to be told my mechanic isnt diagnosing the car wrong amd charged a 35% re stocking fee. So the 300 I paid for the kit I only got 195 refund. When in the beginning I was told of it didnt work I would be refunded full amount. This place is a joke owner is greedy. Save your self the headache and buy parts elsewhere..

As I walked in, I could see a very busy staff, but no customers. One staff member mentioned to the others to assist me. But, with no one heading in my direction, he ended up helping me. I bought the tranny fluid, but told him I did not feel comfortable using the brand he chose. After assuring me, I thanked him and left. I called Hyundai and they recommended I not use what I bought from NAPA. I stopped elsewhere and got the brand Hyundai suggested. Feeling relief, I stopped to return the fluid at NAPA. Once again, the same gentleman waited on me. Nice guy, really. But, when I asked him to show me under the hood where and how, he asked someone else to help me. It wasn't upsetting, I just thought it odd that the staff was more focused on doing other things than stepping out for a 5 minute tutorial - customer service. I was pleasantly shown how and where to put in the fluid, though. Thank you, gentlemen for your help. A little bit more focus on customers, please?

Something told me let's try yelp especially since I'm an elite helper why not. We came across Mike, within minutes we got a reply and an amazing price. He came same day took out the old Compressor and installed the new one. The work was very professional and very honest person. He is definitely knowledgeable of what he is doing and what is needed. He gained a new customer and we're scheduling our next thing needed for our vehicle. He is what the world is missing an honest mechanic that is for the people not robbing the people.
