I think though as an aside, they should really consider installing a mini-split air conditioner in their waiting area for the customers as the summers will forever be hotter and their current system won't be able to handle then temps (I noted their thermostat was set at 76 and the temp reading remained at 81 the whole time in this humid environment)(I mean, mini splits are so affordable now it's not that costly)

My first thought as I pulled up and saw how busy it was, was oh boy I wonder how long this is going to take. We walked up and were immediately greeted by one of the the mechanics. I told him why we were there and he sent the boss right out. The boss stopped what he was working on and inspected both cars in less than 15 minutes. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating even though they get paid next to nothing for the inspections. I will go back for service anytime and highly recommend to anyone. Jim called the scrap yard up the road for me to get a battery. When I arrived there, they already knew what I need thanks to his call. Jim told me to bring the new battery to install. what I thought was going to be a costly repair (alternator) turned out to be a simple fix. I would recommend this shop to anyone. My car was pulling hard to the right, so I thought it needed an alignment. They inspected it and told me it didn't need one at all. Instead, they found a different issue (I can't remember exactly what it was), and the repair ended up costing much less than an alignment. They could have easily told me they performed an alignment and charged me more, but they didn't. They chose the honest route, and that says a lot about their integrity. I've since scheduled another appointment because my A/C is blowing almost nothing but warm air--which is definitely not doable in Florida! I'm grateful to have found my go-to shop for anything related to my car. It's such a relief to know I can trust them to be fair, honest, and not recommend repairs I don't actually need.

They had the car for 3 days and said the transmission was so messed up that they couldn't work on it. They charged me the diagnostic fee and then told me they needed me to get the car due to lack of spaces in the lot. I had another mechanic look at it because I knew the transmission was fine before it started running bad. He told me to get a new set of spark plugs and changed 2 of the ignition coils for $200. The car has been running perfectly ever since, no transmission issues at all.
