    Cooking my pizza longer

I have tried Mikey's a couple of times, I really wanted to like it. Our favorite pizza shop is closed on Sundays so wanted to give Mikey's another chance. Very friendly people, but our pizzas were both SO undercooked and doughy. I had to come home and put it in the oven to cook the crust.

    Super beef 3 way.

Awesome super beefs here and roast beef subs. Nice and fresh and warm and flavorful. They use James river BBQ sauce. I recommend getting the north shore beef style which is called "3 way" and comes with cheese on the bottom, James river bbq sauce and mayo. I've gotten 4-5 beers here and they've all been delicious

This place simply rocks. The roast beef is just like the best places in Mass and everything else on the menu is made with quality and care. I had yet to try the steak and cheese sub from here cause I always defaulted to other menu items. Normally when I'd get a steak and cheese I'd just go next door to nadeaus which was simply "ok"... It's hard to find a good steak and cheese in Manchester for some godforsaken reason, but giving Mikey's a go was the best choice I ever made. Best steak and cheese in this entire state and 2nd place isn't even close. Tasted better than when I make them myself at home. If you're looking for good comfort style food definitely go here.

I was excited to try a new takeout and delivery restaurant in Hooksett. We ordered a 5 oz. roast beef sandwich, ziti with meatballs and marinara, garlic bread and a single, patty smash burger. Being a foodi, I am a little worried about getting served frozen food items from restaurants. I called to check, and was told it's all homemade. The ziti came with 3 yummy homemade meatballs and the marinara tasted homemade and delicious! The garlic bread is so good and toasted perfectly. Growing up outside of Boston, I know a good roast beef sandwich, and this did not disappoint! So tender and tasty! The onion roll was perfectly soft to accompany the beef. The smash burger was perfectly cooked and amazing. Overall, we were very pleased. They also offer delivery which was perfect! I think we found our new weekly takeout restaurant! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Horrible calzone which is tiny, see the lighter!

Got takeout from this place last night. Ordered a large chicken parm calzone and 2 super beef sandwiches. The super beef sandwiches were ok, giving this rating a bump from 1 star. The manager who answered the phone and took my order failed to let me know they have 1 size calaone for 14 bucks and it is tiny. So when my girl came home with the food I was shocked to see this tiny little clazone with 2 mediocre sandwiches... I come from the north shore in MA where every crap sub shop serves a decent roast beef, this is about as average as it gets. The calzone size and not letting me know it was small, plus the poor quality of food are why I gave this 2 stars. Would have been 1 star if the beef was bad, use this place as a last resort if you aren't a college student. Pic of the tiny calzone with a Bic lighter for scale! Also this order of 2 sandwiches and a tiny calzone was 37 bucks.. ripoff central.

The food and service were great and the food was worth the trip. I will return to this place in the future.

The place is geared towards takeout/pickup which has a counter with open kitchen and there is no seating inside. They offer traditional & specialty hand tossed pizzas (8"-12"-16" sizes), fresh baked sandwiches, salads, cheesy garlic bread, meatballs, and fresh baked treats & cannolis. They also offer cooler drinks, Italian sodas, milkshakes, espresso drinks, and hot chocolate. The prices seem fair. I stopped by the new Zizza location in Manchester for takeout. I ordered the 12" Italian Sausage Cherry Peppers & Red Pepper Flakes ($15.50 plus tax), which I saw being quickly made, hand stretching the dough and topping with plenty of tomato sauce, sliced fresh mozzarella, ground Italian sausage and hot peppers and placed into the belt pizza oven. My pizza was all set and boxed in about 10 minutes. I enjoyed the pizza fresh out of the oven. The pizza crust was firm and chewy topped with plenty of zesty tomato sauce, melted mozzarella cheese, peppers and sausage, slightly messy. The pizza had mild spicy flavors, which was enjoyable. The pizza here is the real deal! I will definitely order from here again and get the fan favorite Zizza Mizza and the Fried Eggplant Ricotta Parmesan & Fresh Basil pizzas!

And they even brought my sandwhich to where I was standing! Instead of just putting on the counter! Thank you!! One point off for the TERRIBLY OILY condition of the sandwhich. Was super tasty, but there were genuine puddles in the box and the bread was soaked. Still looking to come back though (hopefully soon!)-- maybe I'll just ask for whatever dressing on the side.

It's been around for a long time and just never ate there. This was a call in order and picked it up and ate it at home roughly. My order was ready within 10 minutes by the time I got home they were still hot to eat. The price was right where I would like it to be. It was about $17 for two of the breakfast supreme burritos, one with avocado and sour cream which they charge extra for. The size and the weight of these burritos were more than plenty The flavor was OK. Next time I will not order this burrito again. I didn't care for the potato inside of the burrito. It seemed very overwhelming once I finished the first half so I picked them out. When I walked in to pick up my order, it was roughly at 7 AM in the morning and it was very laid-back and relaxed in there. They had all their fresh baked goods out on the counter, but as I said before, I definitely will go back and try something different from in there.

Got a sweet tooth? Go early before the pastries, cookies, and muffins vanish faster than you can say "carb loading." Prefer juices or smoothies? They got those too. Fresh, flavorful, and fully customizable with all kinds of boosts--because balance, right? Our go-tos are the Chicken Caesar wrap and the Reuben--both reliable crowd-pleasers. The salads hold their own too. Honestly, unless you're a picky eater or have food allergies, you can't really miss with any of their breakfast or lunch sammies. Even the sides pull their weight--pasta salad or fresh fruit are both solid picks. On a nice day, grab a seat outside and soak up the Manchester vibes. Just ask for the wrench--err, key--at the front counter. Whether you dine in or grab and go, you'll get what you pay for (in the best way) and leave fully satisfied--probably already plotting your next visit before you've even left the breezeway.
