As smaller, independent cinemas come, this is a pretty nice theater - clean environment, comfortable seating, quality screens and sound. It was also the closest theater to me playing the Peaky Blinders movie, since it opened in limited release. You can book ahead on Fandango, save the QR code ticket to your phone wallet, and scan at the door (though I do miss saving physical ticket stubs!). In my particular auditorium (3), the handicap accessible seating is in the very back and not the front like many other traditional theaters. Giving 4 stars though because seated in the back row, there is a huge bar on the left separating this back row from the accessible seating. You have to enter and exit from the right unless you crawl between this bar - which is probably tricky with concessions. In the event of an emergency, having this black bar cutting off quick access to the hind exits seems like somewhat of a safety hazard. Why is this there to begin with? Other than that, if you like reclining seats you'll certainly enjoy Milagro's. You can adjust the footrest, the angle of the seat, even the headrest. I have simple tastes, but found the recliners comfortable after figuring out which button changes what. Theater location seems kind of random, i.e. at the end of a strip mall. But there's ample parking in the lot and some restaurants nearby if you prefer to grab dinner before a show.

Always a good time at Milagro , went to see the goat movie 10/10. Milagro themselves is amazing. Went on a chill Tuesday night . Customer was really great they had a lot of energy and keep good conversations. The seats in the theater are probably some of the best seats. The food 10/10 . I ordered the nachos grande which comes with nachos cheese guacamole sour cream and your choice of meat I got barbacoa .and there is a salsa bar I got some green salsa to put on the nachos . Didn't get any photos of my cocktails but they were go and strong and the prices are really reasonable hence why I always go back

Wow learned about this spot from the internet and was majorly impressed! First they got margaritas lol and who doesn't enjoy a drink with a movie, they also have Mexican food like burritos taquitos tacos and street hot dogs. I tried the tacos and the dog both good. Amazing strawberry margarita. Pretzel was good just sad they didn't offer cheese dip for it. Came and saw five nights at Freddy's 2 The seats are recliners with adjustable controls with a usb port attached if you're needing a phone charging. Seats also have these tv trays that move easily which snacking easier and also encouraged. This might be my new go to theater. Audio was on point bathrooms were clean, I almost feel guilty leaving this review since I want to gate keep this place as my own private theater lol but they earned this review and I'll be back for my next movie outing for sure

Y'all are lucky because my original plan was to gatekeep--I wanted to keep this theater all to myself. But to keep it real, I probably wouldn't have checked it out if my husband hadn't suggested we give it a try. I figured, "Why not? We live like a 10-minute walk away." When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The theater is clean, modern, and a huge upgrade from what it used to be. I remember when it was the old $2 movie theater, and they did an amazing job transforming the space. There's no traditional box office--ticket purchase is done through kiosks. We purchased our tickets and selected our seats. They have a wide selection of snacks. In addition to standard movie snacks, they also offer food like pizza, burritos and quesadillas, plus cocktails and beer. I also noticed a small seating area outside the theaters where you can enjoy your food before the movie starts, which is a nice touch. Inside, the theater feels intimate and comfortable. The recliner seats are super cozy and make the whole experience very relaxing. It's Dolby Cinema, so the picture quality and sound are excellent. It was pretty empty for a Friday night, and honestly, I liked it that way. I really hope this theater continues to thrive--it's a great addition to the neighborhood. Now I don't even need to go to AMC or Harkins anymore.

Checked this theater out for the first time about a month ago to catch a screening of GDT Frankenstein since it was only being screened at smaller theaters. It was definitely a unique experience different from what I'm used to as an AMC A list member. This theater is 30 minutes away so definitely not one I would frequent, but overall the experience was good. It definitely has that local theater feel as it's a lot smaller. The service was very nice overall and their lobby was decorated for Dia de los Muertos and had a Frankenstein photo op. I also thought it was nice to see a more expanded food and drink menu with mainly Mexican inspired offerings. I got a popcorn, street dog, and beer. They were all decent but you're not coming to a theater for the food although they had a seating area in the lobby. Made it into my theater which again was on the smaller side. Seats were all modern recliners and had a tray for food. The seats weren't comfortable in my opinion since they felt too new and stiff. They could definitely use some time to be broken in. Overall, it was a good experience and I would come back again if there was another special screening for a movie I'm interested in.

Milagro Cinemas is a small, Latino-owned theater and has become my go-to spot when I have an itch to go to the movies. The seats are immaculate. They're so comfortable and the entire theater is spotless. I have watched about 4 movies at this theater and I've had an easy and pleasant experience every time. We watched Him recently at one of their D-box theaters, and it was an experience. Your seat moves slightly and vibrates during certain scenes of the movie. You can tailor the intensity of feeling or completely shut it off. They have unique food offerings like tacos, esquite, hot Cheeto nachos, and churros. There are also your classic pizza, tenders, and popcorn items, but I will say I wasn't a fan of the pizza or the tenders. Next time I'll give their other food options a try and report back. Their drinks are amazing! I had a strawberry margarita and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend the drinks. One small detail that I thought was cool is that they set up a section for you to take photos. It changes based on what movies are out, but it's such a small and thoughtful detail.

Been wanting to come to this movie theater/Cinema for a while after seeing it in instagram. Finally came out with the family to see Mario. I Loved It! The decoration and ambiance is good. The prices were good. They were friendly. The food choices were awesome and they were delicious. It's going to be our new movie place to go. I had the pleasure of finally being able to visit this theater to watch Guillermo Del Toro's Frankenstein. I was so excited to be able to get to see this movie but also to visit the theater, as I had not been to it since it was a Regency. I'm really happy they remodeled this place. I know it isn't as cheap as it was before (nothing will ever beat 2$ tickets) but it's still somewhat more affordable than other theaters in the area like Harkins or AMC. The interior looks incredibly clean and a lot nicer than other theaters I've been to. They offer a wide range of food to choose from to, from popcorn to quesadillas and they even have a bar. I also really liked seeing the decorations they set up in the lobby for Halloween. They have a really cool display for Day of the Dead and a giant Frankensteins monster you can take photos with. I wish I had taken a photo of some of this stuff. One thing that stood out to me was the sound quality of the theater we were in. It was the Mpix theater so that probably explains why but it was still of excellent condition. It really added to the experience. Initially, when the movie started, we realized it was not Frankenstein but Black Phone 2. The workers were able to fix this quickly despite the confusion. I would love to come back to this place and watch more movies. I enjoyed everything about it and look forward to being able to come here more often like I used to when I was younger.

We came to see the new spiderman movie. As usual, everything was fantastic! This was my 3rd visit here! A clean facility, great food/drinks, and comfy reclining chairs that even come with trays for food! Got a strawberry and mango margarita, great for a hot summer day! Got the nachos again it had a good portion size I love how you can do 50/50 hot cheetos & chips

You don't have to stand around for your food. They will text you when it's ready.

A fantastic experience. I was absolutely blown away by the food. We got the Zacatecas style burritos (2 skinny ones) with protein, beans and cheese inside a tortilla that rivals Sonoratown in its softness and flavor. We also got a soft pretzel that came with a cheese dip. Honestly, I don't know how they can make food this good at a movie theater. Even the pretzel was crisp and firm on the outside, soft, warm and chewy on the inside. The cheese dip tasted like professional beer cheese from a gastropub. Who puts so much intention into their food that even the soft pretzel is amazing? We put our order in with our cell phone number and went to our seats, and then we got a text message when our food was ready and I went out to pick it up. It was nice and hot sitting on a warmer for us. It felt like the height of luxury. They have a full bar with martinis, micheladas, and everything you could imagine. And the ticket prices were very reasonable at $13. I believe they are $15 online which includes a $2 processing fee. The seats were brand new luxury recliners with a food tray. They are the newest ones in the business. The surround sound was clear, crisp and loud. They even have vintage movies playing during the week like old school, horror movies or rom-coms for $5. They have thought of everything and I'm really happy they created this place. I can't wait to come back and bring more friends. I have not been to a movie theater like this. I honestly would come back just to order those burritos whether I watched the movie or not.

What a great revamp to a childhood theatre my family we frequent. The owner is so sweet and in the trenches helping. We came the weekend of the Stitch movie and they had themed cocktails and a free Photo Booth. The drink was not watered down, the food was delish! Not normal movie food but Mexican delicious items. The theater was clean and restrooms nice. We plan to come back for the classic movie nights. Thanks for a great experience.

I have to say that I have been coming here for quite a while, back when the movies were $1.25. They have since changed to another movie theater, and then we lost some things. What I will say is that they did manage to keep the old style of the movie theater while walking up the ramp. However, it was a little cramped while walking in. I love that they have the 2026 photo booth; I think they should keep that there and keep switching it out to different themes, especially with any movies that they are trying to promote. The bar had a slight line, and that's cool too; they didn't have that before. The tables and chairs are nice as well. The menu was actually pretty extensive considering it's a movie theater. What they need to do is add a scan barcode option in the future. The chairs are definitely worth going to this movie theater for, especially for the reclining feature. The kids' menu is pretty small but enough to feed a little kid with popcorn and drinks. Overall, it was a great experience. Is it worth $22 an Adult ticket & included a service charge - Absolutely NOT! But they have to make it up somewhere/somehow for those leather seats, IMAX, boost etc. You redeem your tickets at a kiosk upon entrance. Not even other Theatre charge this Much....so over all 3.8/5

Small movie theatre with a cozy vibe. Love how they sell food items and a bar for those who want something else rather than soda. I tried their fries and they were delicious. If you are a French fry connoisseur, you won't be disappointed. The seats are confortable and I love how they have a table for your meals. Cost is cheaper if not comparable to other major theaters. Will return!

This is my favorite cinema. It's clean and nice inside. I love that they have a seating area so you can eat prior to the movie if you'd like. This place is 20 minutes away from me and it's worth the drive because the food is great compared to other theater food. Burritos and loaded nachos. Drool** read more

Enjoyable and feels very exclusive. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, the theater was spotless, and the seats were super comfortable. I also appreciated how quick and easy the ticketing and snack service was. Everything felt smooth and well-organized. Went this past weekend to watch the Mexico vs England World Cup matchup. It was an amazing experience. The food was great and the bar menu was also good with beer and the cafe de olla Martinis topping the list. We ordered the street tacos of barbacoa and street dog. Both were super tasty. The new recliners were very comfortable and was overall a great time and great idea to show the games. As we were exiting, the owner (we think) was thanking the patrons for coming. So ! This is my first time here. As soon as we got in line to order snacks. I heard them shout saying they're out of pizza. It was only 5pm. When we were getting our snacks. He has a list of things they're out of. And said for any food items there will be a 1+ wait. Very busy at the concessions. No jalapeños it was empty and they didn't have what I wanted to drink. This place is ideal for people who drink alcohol not for family's. read more

I previously gave this place 1 star for good reasons if you want to read that the post should be underneath this one. Per my wife's request, came back to watch gladiator 2 and give this place an honest review. let me start by telling you that my movie was scheduled to start at 3:45pm and the previews did not start until 4:15. It had a blue screen the whole time. You can do what you wish with that info Their food is great. It's a clean place, the chairs are amazing, and the booze too, but only one men's restroom? I might have missed the other restroom but not the line. All their staff are kids, some dopey. I understand giving folks a chance, but really? Great concept but poorly executed on all fronts. I'm not coming back. read more

Hubby and I haven't had the opportunity to watch a movie at a theaters since we had our child (she's about to be 3), so this night was a treat. We bought tickets for big bold beautiful journey on Wednesday for a Saturday showing. Arrived with about 30 mins to eat and enjoy a drink before going into the movie. Parking was a nightmare, however we found a spot pretty quickly. We also noticed there was a fair going on so we assumed that's why the plaza was busy. Could've been a one off so we didn't dock any stars for that with this review. Upon entering the cinema, we noticed it wasn't super busy for a Saturday night like we anticipated, it was actually average. The person who took our food order was kind. We weren't ready to order when we walked up, so he gave us sometime to look at our options and decide. We ordered a fountain drink, nachos, esquites and a street dog. Food was decently priced for a theater, but wasn't anything spectacular. However, the esquites were pretty good. Before entering the theater to grab our seats, we decided to order a couple adult beverages. The guy taking and making those orders was EXTREMELY rude. He didn't acknowledge us, just did a head nod like "yeah what do you want?" Didn't say anything to us at all and just kept nodding with this apathetic attitude. He didn't even say "you're welcome" when we thanked him for our drinks. He gave off the energy that he didn't want to be there and seemed very miserable, which was upsetting because it projected onto our vibe a bit. It was a super uncomfortable interaction. I wouldn't want this person to be working for me if it was my establishment, just saying. Only docked 1 star for that.. I would dock more, but I really enjoyed myself otherwise.. Drinks were whatever too. Not a fan of their michelada. My husband didn't even drink a quarter of it... if you want a drink, I'd recommend to stick to regular beer or a fountain drink. The lady checking our tickets was kind. We didn't interact with her much but while I waited in their lobby, I noticed that she seemed to be always going something- if not checking tickets and directing patrons to their respective theaters. Once we found our theater, we settled in. Our theater was pretty empty aside from a handful of other couples. The seats were comfy and I liked that you are able to adjust the neck rest. I have a bad back and this helped me feel supported better than any other theater chair I've been in. Overall, the experience was good enough to bring us back but hopefully there's some corrective action and/or a replacement of that "bartender". He will ruin the experience of other people if he doesn't change his attitude. read more

First film seen here was Obsession since then this has been my go to theater. You may say im obsessed. I just love the coziness of this theater and of course the outstanding staff doing their job to a T. Love the food and drinks. I would 100 percent recommend any film lover to this theater. read more

I normally never leave negative reviews, BUT I feel compelled to share my experience at Milagro Theaters. The treatment of employees is extremely rude, and management seems to exploit their younger staff. Despite witnessing this mistreatment, the other employees were kind and helpful to my family and me. However, I will not be returning unless working conditions improve!! What a shame I was excited to support a local business. read more

A welcome replacement to the Reg.ency Theaters. The theater has been entirely renovated and even includes a Robert Vargas mural! Founder Moctesuma Esparza (Selena) is a film producer bringing independent state of the art theater to the community and supporting local businesses at the same time. What a gem of a theater! I went to see "One of Them Days" here and this place was worth every penny. We purchased our tickets online to get a good assigned seat--even with the processing fees, it was still so much cheaper than the bigger theater chains. The food we ordered was of great value (and I loved the selection of Mexican favorites like burritos from La Palma). Keep in mind that you'll have to pick up your order after a wait (ours food was completed in 15 minutes). The self-serve jalapeños and salsa bar (and tapatío!) are a genius addition! The theater rooms are small, but the reclining chairs are very nice and you can see the screen well enough (you can adjust the seats and the head rest). The theater rooms are clean and the sound quality was great! I highly recommend this theater to anyone and I hope they continue the good work they're doing. I'll be back! :) read more

If I could give it six, I would. Extremely clean and professional employees with an amazing price. Went to see Karate Kid Legends alone and literally only paid $7 no tax. Restrooms were spotless, no tagging and everything went well. Seats and theatre itself were super clean and looked almost brand new. They reclined great and were extremely comforatable. Also, it isnt very packed, and seating availability was amazing. A for sure return. read more

Best movie theatre I've been too in years after all the prices went up everywhere else!!!! Very affordable, movie, food and DRINKS! (please don't over charge us in the near feature on prices). I drove an hour to check out the TAPATIO ON MY POPCORN.. let me tell yall if you do this at home (like me) this is amazing to do. So glad they offer this and again very affordable guys!! Seats recline, there's even a table are comfortable and spacious!! 11/10 read more

Wow where do I start, this was my first time visiting the Milagro theater and I must say I wasn't disappointed this theater is absolutely amazing and the cocktails are fantastic, I had the strawberry margarita and they were delicious. The seats are wonderful with the ability to vibrate and reclining. From now on this will be my go to theater going forward. I will recommend this theater to all my friends and family. I visited Milagro Cinemas for the first time tonight and was absolutely wowed! This independent, Latino-owned theater chain, founded by acclaimed filmmaker Moctesuma Esparza (He produced the movie Selena), really delivers a fantastic experience. We were greeted in such a personable way by someone who seemed like upper ownership, which made us feel welcome right from the start. The theater itself is super clean and modern, with affordable snacks and even beer. Their micheladas are delicious! The theaters are a bit smaller, but the modern recliner chairs are by far the comfiest I've ever experienced, and the sound was spot on. My only minor complaint is that the room got a little warm during the movie--definitely think the thermostat could be lowered (in their defense there was a heat wave this weekend)--but it didn't ruin the experience. I'll definitely be coming back! Honestly, I kind of want to gatekeep this place, but the experience was too good not to share! read more

First of all... Milagro was everything I hoped it would be. You know I don't YELP a lot because if the business is satisfactory, no need to bash it. (unless you are utterly hopeless, then I will bring out a can of Yelp-Ass on you). So enough of that, on to my Review of Milagro Cinema! Yesterday Sept. 1, at 230 pm showing, I bought DBox tickets for Alien: Romulus, It was amazing. We walked in and were greeted by a young lady who seemed genuinely happy to help Us. We bought a large popcorn and 2 cold drinks. We walked into Theater 8 and the place was spotless, the air conditioning was set perfectly and we sat down. These recliners are the most comfortable I've ever sat in, the sound was amazing. The DBox movement of the recliners and the sound were on point, this felt more like a ride than a movie. I am a big movie foodie guy so we checked the popcorn. Have you ever had a perfect tub of popcorn? This one was... the flavor, the crunch, it was still hot. (We didn't even have to add salt or butter) I own many shares of the other movie theatre stock, but everything about this place was so great! The movie finished and we headed out. The young gentleman who was about to clean up said "Thank you for coming". As we passed the concession stand again heading towards the exit, there were now 2 young ladies at the front helping customers since it was busy. They still managed to say "Have a good day and thank you for coming". This was a Great Experience, Im glad to support smaller businesses. I wish You Great Success! Milagros was kind enough to host my sons 4th birthday today. We rented the full DBox theatre and it was so worth it. The kids had a blast with the motion seats and the parents were able to relax, some even napped in the comfy seats. The owner and staff were so nice and accommodating. They showed up to make sure all went perfect! One of the best experiences we've had watching a movie as a large group (of 35). We bless them with so much success and continued joy in their business endeavors. We can't wait to return and will continue supporting our local business. read more

We used to come here when it was the $1 theatre and although it was cheap it was pretty run down. Now things have changed and it looks like a brand new place. We came here on opening weekend and although things were kind of slow especially when getting our drinks the staff was still all super friendly. We saw Beetlejuice Beetlejuice in the seats that moved and it was an experience. I'm not sure if I would pay to see a movie this way again as it was more expensive but it was fun to experience once. Now my usual theatre is Harkins but that doesn't mean I wouldn't come here again. Its great to see a Latino ran company in my hometown and I hope people come out to support. read more

What a great theater !!! Me n my 2 friends watched Las tres Sisters ! This movie touched home, funny, sad , emotional all in one. Highly recommend it. Besides a great movie , this theater was an awesome place to watch it. Our first time being there, they sold Mexican food , like burritos, tacos, quesadillas, street hotdogs , pizza , café de olla, beer ,margaritas n much more. Workers were friendly , n super clean throughout, plus the bathrooms very elegant. We were very pleased at the overall of this theater. Will be our new movie stop!!! read more

It was okay, clean and all but I don't know if it's just me but their exit signs are so bright it shined from behind us and was hard to focus in the film, wish they dimmed the lights a lot more. Most theaters are basically pitch black, that's what I'm used to. Hope they see this and consider the suggestion to dim the lights more. read more

Most likely the best Movie Theatre experience I have had in a long time! At concessions, we got a large Popcorn, large drink, a street hot dog, and an order of burritos and the prices were very fair. The lobby had cafe-style seating so you could wait for your movie or food, but I can imagine it feeling really crowded when busy. We went to see a 12:30pm showing of GDTs 'Frankenstein.' Picture was clear and the sound was not too loud. The seats were comfortable and had tray-tables for your food. You could recline back and adjusted the lean of your head rest. i didn't realize i've been going to the McDonalds of movie theaters (AMC, Regal etc) before i found this place. Loved our experience here. The crew can smile more but besides that it's a pleasant and clean experience. Will go here on date nights from now on. They have AMAZING vegetarian food options and we love that. read more

And what a great movie that was! But I won't get into the details*. Just watch it, even if you don't get extra credits. I went on Friday when the movie premiered in theaters. When I got off work on that Friday, I could have caught the 4:50 PM showing at the Cerritos theater or the 6:00 PM showing at the Long Beach theater. Knowing that movie previews would last about a half hour before the actual start of the movie, I chose the earlier time since I was planning to cook dinner at home and didn't want to eat too late. I arrived about a couple of minutes before showtime, and there were just as many customers in front of me. However, they both had trouble opening the Regal app. I was at least able to pull up my Regal Crown Club QR code, though the rewards couldn't be seen on my screen. I knew I had a reward for a free Small drink as well as a free ticket from customer relations, the latter of which is another story I'll withhold from this review. Martin was the employee who rang me up and redeemed both rewards. However, he made a couple of missteps. First, since I got a Small drink, I should have been offered a Medium or Large size for a small upcharge. The Medium is a half dollar more than a Small while a Large is a dollar more than a Small. I was okay with settling for the free Small, but once I saw they offer Pepsi Zero Sugar, I would have been okay paying the extra $1 for a Large, which would have been eligible for a refill. Secondly, Martin mentioned that I could have gotten an Icee drink even though there's another reward for a free Small Icee that is worth 1,000 credits more than the free Small drink. However, knowing that an Icee would have way more sugar than a Pepsi Zero Sugar, I kept at it with the Pepsi Zero Sugar. Even for a Small size, it was a pretty large cup that I can't help but wonder how much larger a Large would have been! But like I said, I was okay with getting the Small. And maybe that was the better decision. I used the restroom before the movie started, and I had to go again when the movie ended. The first time, I used a restroom on the first floor that was single occupant use only. However, they have additional restrooms on the second floor, and those are the community type restrooms. As for during the movie, the auditorium was a rather small one, but had ample space between each row of reclining chairs. I sat at Row D, which was kind of close to the screen, but not nearly as close compared to an auditorium with stadium seating. The seating in this auditorium was mostly flat, but with nobody sitting in front of me, I had no trouble viewing the screen, especially when I reclined the chair as far back as it could go. The picture and sound were great. So great that during one of the scary scenes, I legit thought an earthquake was striking when it was actually the scene in the movie causing such a sudden jolt. And keep in mind, this was only the Standard viewing of the movie; had it been IMAX or even 4DX, I might have jumped out of the chair! lol Overall, it was a good experience watching the movie that I'm keeping my original rating of 4 stars out of 5. Even though it's a little further away from me than the Long Beach theater, I will definitely consider catching the next movie here if the showtimes work better for my schedule. * After the movie, I learned a tragedy had happened to one of the actors from the movie. Hudson Meek, who played one of the human antagonists in "The End of Oak Street", unfortunately passed away in late 2024. He didn't appear in that many scenes, which were filmed much earlier that year, but the posthumous release was dedicated to him. RIP Hudson Meek, gone way too soon :(

Another great thing about drive in theaters is you can bring your own food and you can have privacy with your date inside your vehicle, if you know what I mean . Just have privacy glass. Because a family of kids can be parked next to your vehicle. If you want, you can bring chairs and sit outside your vehicle and watch. Which is also a great choice. Especially if you have kids. They will love sitting outside. If you do sit outside, bring a coat, blanket, etc. It gets cold at night. The concession is cheap af and not like walk in movie theater prices. Make sure you vehicle radio can tune to 90.1 FM and you can leave it on without it draining your battery and without parking/headlights being activated. It drives us movie goers crazy when some foolish person will turn on their headlights while everyone else is trying to enjoy the film. Also, if you need a radio for showing, you can buy one from them for $20 at concession. Great experience here. I love this place. Like I said, I havent been here in like 6 years. Last time I was here, one ticket paid for double feature. Which was a steal. Because after Mortal Kombat II, I was looking forward to seeing Michael again. Which we already saw at a walk in theater. But we were ready to see it again on the biggest screen ever. They dont do double features anymore. So if the website shows two movies, dont misread like I did. It clearly says: "TICKETS ARE FOR A SINGLE SHOW TIME ONLY." I was wondering why everyone was leaving after Mortal Kombat II was over . I recently went to watch Avatar, and the condition of the theater hasn't improved. The recliners are peeling and some don't recline anymore. During the movie, the screen kept going black and I'm not sure but I felt like the sound was off as well. The only good thing I can say about this theater is the seat service, but even that has some delays, 30-40 minutes for popcorn. I really hope management addresses these issues, because this theater used to be great and clearly has potential.

I wanted to share my thoughts on Milagro, especially in light of the recent reviews I've come across. It seems some criticism may stem from disgruntled employees rather than the overall quality of the theater. Since Milagro opened in Norwalk, I've really enjoyed my visits. This theater has been a much-needed addition to our community. I have noticed significant improvements since their opening. For example, the wait times for food have decreased remarkably, from what used to be a 45-minute to an hour wait down to a much quicker service now. There was a time when I experienced some service issues, with staff standing by while my order was right behind them, leading to colder and less enjoyable food. I appreciate the commitment of the owner and their team to make things right. The owner was apologetic and offered to replace my order, demonstrating good customer service. Now, the presentation and taste of the food options have improved a lot, making the dining experience more enjoyable when there was lots of inconsistencies before. Additionally, I've observed that sometimes some of the staff (not all) appeared to be huddled together and seemed somewhat annoyed when helping my family or other guest. However, it seems that this dynamic has improved recently and there has been better service since. Please do not let the negative reviews steer you away from this place. It's a bit strange that all of a sudden, there are so many negative reviews popping up. While I acknowledge that there have been some challenges with staff behavior, I am optimistic about the changes I've seen. Overall, I believe Milagro is on the right track, and I look forward to my future visits! read more

I had a really nice experience at this movie theater overall. The seats were super comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the movie. The theater itself felt clean and well-maintained, and it created a great atmosphere for watching a film. The only downside was that there didn't seem to be enough staff monitoring the theaters. A group of teenagers snuck into our showing and were very loud and disruptive, talking throughout parts of the movie. It would really improve the experience if there were more employees checking in occasionally to make sure everyone is being respectful. Aside from that issue, it's a great place to watch a movie, and I'd definitely come back--just hoping for better enforcement next time. read more

I recently visited this theater and was excited for a nice movie night. Unfortunately, my experience in Theater 3 was disappointing due to the air conditioning. It was uncomfortably warm, and when we brought it up with the attendant before the movie, they said they would see what they could do. However, halfway through the movie with no improvement, I returned to ask about the issue again, and this time I was told that the AC was locked and nothing could be done. The theater itself is nice, with comfortable seating and a pleasant atmosphere, but having proper air conditioning is a big part of enjoying the movie. What an amazing experience we had this week at milagro! Came in to watch Goodfellas and man what an experience! Not to mention the amazing drinks made by Ginger! She was so sweet and made the drink look so amazing and it tasted even better!!!!! She also helped me swap my seat because I accidentally purchased the wrong row. Ginger recommended the nachos with hot Cheetos ,I've never had those before and I'm definitely going to get them again. Thank you for being so welcoming to me and my spouse on our first trip here! Staff were really friendly but the food was kinda icky. It tasted very microwaveable, I get that it's a movie theatre but I've been to some movies theatres with great food. I got the buffalo tenders and the buffalo was so vinegary and they were drenched! Also, they only allow a max of 2 alcoholic beverages. They only have one set of restrooms which are by the entrance. The theatres are small but comfortable. They have the booths that are a little bit older so they do not recline as much but they do have seat warmers. Some of their seats are showing wear and tear. If you're looking for an easy theatre to get in and get out, this is definitely the one. For us this is the theatre that we watch movies that we do not have interest to watch on IMAX or Dolby.
