I then told her I sat in the lobby for almost 20 minutes and she then went back to saying I was late and that my appt. was at 11:50. I then showed her my phone that showed a appt time from them stating that my appt was at 11:55. She then says "oh well my appt time is showing 11:50 and I have someone coming in so you can either do it now or not." -something along those lines. She had an attitude, was unprofessional and didn't seem to really care whatsoever. I told her no and left with a numbed face and a bad taste in my mouth. I read other reviews on here that were similar to my experience but tried it out anyway. I've never had an experience like this at any place and I have been getting Microneedling done for 10 years.
