My friend and I went here today - my first time and her third! I am so impressed with how well my nails turned out. I feel like I'm always disappointed with how my nails are shaped when I get them done, but both my friend and I had different nail techs and they did a beautiful job with both of us! I went here for the first time about a week ago. The first thing that I noticed is the nail tech didn't apply a top coat to my gel nails. Because of this my nails started to turn brown within 2/3 days. Then I was going through my bank statements and noticed the nail tech charged me $40 when she told me it was $37 for the gel fill. I didn't notice the price right away because she never offered me my receipt. Beware if you plan on going here. I don't plan on going back and I definitely DONT recommend going here. I rate this place 3 stars because my nails were done well. she had an interesting way of doing a fill, one I'd never seen before. but, it worked and I left happy with my nails. however.. the reason I would not necessarily recommend, is because this is one of the nail places where they would rather rush on your nails, to take more clients, instead of assuring your satisfaction. The lady who did my nails sat at the table all the way in the back of the salon. it was easy to see that this lady was also in charge of the finances, considering whenever any of the employees needed change, they came to her. additionally, whenever someone entered the salon, she left the table to go and greet them. this causing my nails to take almost 2 hours, for only a fill. when I came in, I was missing 3 nails. she charged me $15 for the 3 new nails. she also charged me $15 for gel, and $45 for the fill itself. overall, i paid $75 for.. a fill. consequently, I believe that this salon could benefit from better organization and maybe a receptionist. it is also very over priced. I had no idea I would be spending so much on only a fill. read more

I tried this place out yesterday to have a fill done and ask if they could fix the shape since the place I had gone to previously didn't do anything that I had asked for, they had given me almond shape nails ( instead of pointy) that were lifting from the left sides. Then when my friend and I went to check out they over charged us and argued telling us we were wrong and when I asked for the check to be split they refused and continued to argue. I love the manicure I got! My nails look great and have held up fabulously! They did a great job finding an appointment time that for my needs and fitting in my niece for a kid's manicure as well. Prices were very reasonable. I removed one star because the communication want great. I made an appointment a few days in advance for a gel mani-pedi and called the day of to see if they could fit in my niece as well. I was told they couldn't find any record of my appointment, even after repeated search attempts of my name, number, and appointment time. They did find it eventually, it just took a really long time and was a frustrating experience. They also did a poor job estimating how long the manicure would take (don't believe 35 mins, took more like 75), went back and forth repeatedly in whether they would be able to do the pedicure as well (eventually I just skipped it), and seemed confused about the color I was asking for. In spite of the negatives, I am very pleased with care and quality of the manicure and happy with the final result. If I lived in the area I would likely return! read more

I have been here a good amount of times and this visit is going to be the last one. Kelly was great the first handful of times but over the last few visits she has been extremely distracted by everyone that comes in and rushes through my nails. BEWARE! I had a pedicure on 11/16/2023 unfortunately I was treated very poorly by nail technician Tina. Tina was in a rush and cut both my big toe nails leaving me in so much pain, the left big toe is much worse showing signs of redness and a possible infection. I am very disappointed that Tina was neglectful and not to mention she was and has been very rude when I was trying to tell her something was wrong. Tina was angry and was more concerned that I did not pay for Gel she was upset I requested regular nail polish and treated me poorly. She always gets mad when I say no to the gel as in the past I gave in a couple of times just to appease her but I realized I can't be a people pleaser like that, I'm paying for a service and should feel comfortable stating what I need and want with no judgement. I called the next day and spoke with Kelly but she was no help she made excuses and clearly didn't want to deal with the valid complaint. I had to call a couple of times to finally get a call back from a man named Don who stated per policy they were not able to refund me but when I told him I needed to go to see my doctor since I'm diabetic and had a fear of infection, Don wanted me to go to the nail salon so they could fix it but there is no fixing a cut. In addition I didn't feel comfortable to return I told him instead I will post a picture on Yelp and he can view it that way that's when he changed his demeanor. He stated he would call me back and when he did he offered a refund. My husband went in for the refund and stated no wonder you feel uncomfortable in that place they started speaking loud and talking amongst themselves so my husband couldn't understand he said it was very uncomfortable getting the refund. In reality Don was unwilling to do the right thing had I not of recommended to write a review and place a picture of my toe online. I want to warn people, even though some people may make you feel bad for speaking up it's not right to be mistreated. This is unfortunately not the first time I've been mistreated I just finally spoke up. The Manager Kelly is extremely unprofessional and unkind to me over the years. Very disappointed in the poor service & attitude of this nail salon when they were in the wrong. I've gone back and forth on whether I should share this information but it's important so I did. It's crazy that I was overlooking the treatment due to the location being so close to where I live and having a difficult time realizing I have to reestablish with another nail salon but it was time. Terrible. Don't even bother coming here. I made a reservation online and got a text and email confirmation and drove m 30 minutes out of my way to get a fill. I even got a text message the morning of to remind me of my appointment. I get there and check in and I tell her I have an appointment at 4 and she's saying my reservation isn't there. And I show her the confirmation and she said she never confirmed where again I show her my text that shows my reservation was confirmed. She then asks if I can go tomorrow and I say no I have to work and she still denies my appointment with me showing her all the text messages and the confirmation link. She was working on someone and I can tell she was getting annoyed by her too not understanding and coming up with excuses. I ask if I can go after the client in her chair then and she says she can't because she has other reservations?! What about my reservation? Never coming here again. Try somewhere else. read more

I decided spur of the moment today to treat myself to a full set of acrylic nails with a French tip. I called and they got me in with in the hour. With it being a Sunday, I was pleasantly surprised at such quick service. From the moment I walked in I knew this place was different from other salons I've been to. Very clean, cool, organized environment. The thing I loved most, you are not overwhelmed with the smells of chemicals as you are with most salons. They have hundreds of colors, and beautiful option for nail art. My technician was very detailed and took his time applying and perfecting my set. I'm absolutely appalled and disappointed. I was cut by the nail tech TWICE in one service. I used to love this place, but this new nail tech has messed up my experience 3 times now and I will not be returning. They charged me $20 more than they ever have because of the SHAPE of my nails. Don't get anything other than square or round unless you want to be charged a fortune. They do not follow state board procedures and reuse emery boards on clients which spreads disease (as a cosmetology student that scares me). I don't understand what has changed. My nails look beautiful, but it's not worth it to come here anymore. Stay away. First review: They did a great job on my nails. I was a walk in and I got my first set of acrylics, which weren't super expensive but were still high quality. Everyone was very sweet. The salon was clean and followed all of the regulations that I could see. As a cosmetology student I'm extremely picky. I was very impressed and will definitely go back to get my acrylics filled again. Edit: my only complaint is that they're always overbooked. I make my appointments for 12 everytime and I don't ever get seen until 12:30 because they make too many appointments for the number of staff they have. read more

Absolutely horrible. For the third time in a row after making an appointment and waiting for over a half hour to finally get seen. I got my brows done today and not only were they completely wide set but the woman has taken off at least a quarter of my brow on the end of my eyebrow. This place is conveniently placed and that is the only thing it has going for it. I have gone here enough times and have had a horrible experience every time. Overall, I received a good pedicure here at a decent price. The customer service could have been a bit better, but I received a very good pedicure. I arrived with my sister, and the man in front said one of us could go now and the other would wait 5-10 minutes. I'm fine with waiting, but it was more like 20-30 minutes before the technician came over to see me. This wouldn't bother me, except two people who arrived after me were seen before I was. I also felt like the technician was a bit rushed working on my feet. Their basic pedicure is $26, which includes the standard nail and cuticle trim, pumice stone, moisturizing, and polish application. They also used hot towels before the massage, which felt quite nice. They had a wide color selection available as well. Generally, I choose bottles that look fuller, as I've watched technicians pour nail polish remover into a half-full bottle in order to make it last longer. They had OPI, China Glaze, Essie, and a few other brands available. This is a fairly average salon, but you will receive a good pedicure for the price you pay. It may be worth calling ahead or trying to come during a slow time. read more

Erica did a very good job on my nails. I had asked for gel builder, gel polish, and glitter. after some explaining she was able to do exactly what I wanted. Apparently not many people request gel polish there and only use regular nail polish. It took some time for me to get her to use regular glitter instead of glitter nail polish on my fingers. She stated that she was thrown off by it at first, as her client's do not use glitter. everyone ends up using glitter polish and regular nail polish. Mostly due to cost.
