Like the associates at the other store location, he agreed that the shoes appeared to have been worn. Rene was very pleasant and courteous. Indeed, DSW always has great customer service. The warehouse, however, needs to be more careful and pay attention to what they send customers. Can't send customers used/worn shoes! Not good. And DSW should not put the returned shoes back in stock and mix them in with new shoes to ship to customers. In-store Customer service: 6/5 Shipping/warehouse: 1/5.

Even one of the doors was locked, which just added to the whole weird experience. The selection wasn't great for what I was looking for, and the prices weren't anything special either. I've been to the MainPlace location and found a much better selection and better deals there. The employees here just didn't seem knowledgeable or interested in helping. I'd skip this location and go to MainPlace instead.
