Came here bc it's close to where I live and had a relatively high star rating. With that being said service is ok the lady who did my eyebrows left my left eyebrow feeling burned and itchy. I think she could have done a much smoother job, the place wasn't even busy. At the end, the man who sits in the desk told us if we gave a 5 star review we could get a free lipstick. That's basically bribing customers for a good review . I declined the offer. If a place has a good rating I want to go bc it actually offers quality . I finally found a studio to thread my eyebrows the way I like until prices slowly started to go from 5.99 (as shown on their window display) to 7.99 (also displayed on their poster outside) to 8.99 with a new print out notice inside their store framed that states "As of January 2019 eyebrow threading is 8.99". I decided to try out this place when it first opened and have been going back ever since. I do not remember their names but I've had my eyebrows done by three different ladies and I've liked their work. I used to go to another location for my eyebrows but have stopped since I found this place, I used to come just for "emergencies" but I have stopped by at non-emergency times - emergencies are when I really, really, really needed my eyebrows done. They do a quick job and I do not leave in pain, eyebrows are $5.00 which is a good price. They also provide other services such as facials but I have not had one done. The staff is friendly but I just hate that the receptionist is always trying to push an offer on me - once is expected because you are trying to sell but after I told you no three times she should just stop.... I understand she is doing her job but I actually look forward for another customer to walk in so she can stop trying to sell to me and attend someone else and try to sell to them. I definitely recommend this place! It's a little hidden and tough to find, but it's right next to the Jack in the Box on Firestone & Lakewood, across from the Old McDonald's. read more

Perhaps this place is great for threading but I would not know. I went in for lashes and l got what I paid for. They looked cheap and clunky. I scared my husband he said they looked like two tarantulas landed on my eyes. I felt bad telling the lady I was not happy because like I said I got what I paid for ($45). I spent the whole evening removing the cheap lashes and lucky for me I was able to remove them without pulling my own lashes out. I gave this place two stars because it was clean and looked very well organized. Lashes alone would have given it half a star for effort. Lesson learned you get what you pay for. read more

The ladies who work here are very nice and do a really good job. I have been coming here on and off for almost 3 years, the wait can sometimes be long if there is only one person working but if you go early on a weekday there isn't much wait time. Also, don't get fooled by the $5.99 sign. Eyebrows are $8, only $5.99 if you get a mini facial (as stated in a little paper taped over the huge sign).
