I stated that I was dining by myself. For some reason, she made settings for two people. My server was extremely attentive and nice. She removed the extra place setting. I let her know that I had a coupon. She nodded. Prices at Bâton Rouge have gone up since I last dined at one. The best bang for your buck is the prix fixe menu. You pick a main entrée. It comes with soup or salad, and the dessert of the day. I got the top sirloin with lobster tail. I chose tomato rice soup. I got truffle fries for an extra $3 as my side.
