I recently went to Dr. Liebman's office and received a teeth cleaning from an assistant ( I was not offered a name of the assistant). It was fine although as she was flossing, she pulled a filling out. I said ":oh no". She replied that it was already loose. Dr. Liebman came in at the end looked at my teeth and the xray and as the assistant went over what she observed he stated that my front tooth needed a crown which is why I made the appointment because my front tooth had chipped off. I said okay, what do I need to do? and the next words out of his mouth shocked me. He said "money. We can do anything for money!". And he got up and walked out of the room. Nothing was said about the lost filling. Needless to say I will be looking for a new dentist. If I could rate this a minus 5 star, I would.

Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Pucel and his team…read more I've been to get everything from a simple cleaning to getting a crown replaced and getting a cavity filled. I've been very happy every time I've been. Everyone is very personable and makes me feel very much at ease. I can't say I've ever had any pain in going there! A lot of care is taken for patient comfort. The coolest bit, or one of, in my mind, is that crowns are made THERE and there is no need, any longer, to wait several weeks and having to come back to get it put on. They take careful images of the area, pick out your existing teeth colour to colour-match the new tooth to the existing, and send everything in back to get the new crown CNC'd in house! It takes about a half hour and you have a new crown in place that fits perfectly. I was super impressed! If you are on looking for a new dentist then I highly, highly recommend Dr. Pucel. Plus....he's got a great playlist of music playing in the background. :-)

I'm uniquely qualified to review both Dr. Cartwright and Dr. Rega due to the nightmare experience I…read morehad at this practice, and I wish I wasn't. I came in with a simple missing filling on a back molar that had been visibly patched with a temporary filling that was impossible to miss. Dr. Cartwright ignored it entirely, built a treatment plan for the wrong tooth, and placed a temporary crown on it. When I caught her mistake myself, she offered no apology. Her exact response: "the treatment plans would've been the same anyway." Even more telling, she had explicitly told me the tooth couldn't be filled and needed a crown. Yet the moment she was caught treating the wrong tooth, she filled it on the spot. The same tooth that supposedly couldn't be filled was suddenly fillable once she was caught? Odd. Getting anyone here to take responsibility was its own battle. The practice manager was beyond dismissive and argumentative. It took a third party calling on my behalf and threatening legal action before another dentist at the practice acknowledged that the tooth with the missing filling should have been treated first. Dr. Cartwright never once apologized. A refund was finally issued for my portion of the crown which seemed less an act of accountability and more an attempt to make me quietly disappear. Then came Dr. Rega who completed the permanent crown. During placement, while I was numb and unable to speak up for myself, a cusp was ground down to adjust the fit. My bite changed immediately afterward. When I returned in genuine pain, because the tooth now felt too low, she told me I would "get used to it," that "we can't add tooth structure back", refused to consider remaking the crown when I asked, and instead began grinding down healthy teeth on the opposite side of my mouth, which I explicitly told her I was fearful of having been in braces for 3 years and knowing that side was "perfect". At one point my teeth were audibly grinding together during her adjustments and she told me to "Stop making that noise". I was there because she had altered my bite and she seemed annoyed that I could tell. She was out of her depth and chose dismissal over help or a referral. I experience daily discomfort that didn't exist before what should've been a routine filling. Months later I'm still in treatment with multiple specialists correcting damage from this office. I will be reporting both Dr. Cartwright and Dr. Rega, as well as this practice, to the Missouri Dental Board due to the abysmal care I received here. Please please learn from my experience and look elsewhere.

When we did go for fitting and pick up we told there was still extractions to do!!! Had to make another appointment to do so. I don't know who the office manager is but the same quite unorganized to say the least. The one person that appears to be in charge of billing and appointments is basically rude and condescending. Like I said nonchalant and indifferent. Once we get these dentures I will never deal with them again!!!

The front office staff and hygienist were wonderful and I would go back there if I could just get the hygienist to do my cleaning without seeing the dentist. Dr. Paturu is difficult to understand, not friendly, and did not exert any effort to form a working relationship with me as a patient. She also recommended that I have multiple crowns put on teeth which are NOT causing me any problems so I was immediately suspicious about her. Dr. Paturu wanted to do a deep clean on my teeth which would have cost me over $1,300.00 but when I could not afford to have the work done she refused to allow the hygienist to perform the standard cleaning today. Note: I went there for teeth cleaning only as I was having no problems with my teeth. Again, staff is great, dentist is NOT.

The absolute worst dentist I have gotten work done with. Charges down payments per visit even with full coverage insurance, certain characteristics similar to hooters are required upon hire. I have never felt the need to leave a negative review like this until I did business with this dude.. Dental work is a very serious line of expertise I would reconsider a couple times before allowing this man anywhere near your teeth!

I had to have a deep root cleaning done and if you have ever had one, you know that the numbing is the worst part. Four shots in each side and one side done two weeks after the other one. From a previous experience twenty years ago, I was terrified to have the shots. Luckily for me, one of the technicians knew to treat me like a child and I will say that I am no longer afraid of this procedure. Now if I have to have surgery, that might be a different story. Would I come back here? Of course I will. It took me forever to find someone I can trust.
