The store is very clean and well organized and Tim let me fully test the camera. The price was very fair and Tim worked with me to make sure I could take care of a maintenance item without having to cover that cost after the purchase. When I took the watch home and looked at it closely though, I was a little disappointed in the extent of the cleaning process, especially for $90 (tip included). I have some jewelry polishing cloths that I use on other pieces and when I applied them to my watch, they turned black immediately, which tells me the didn't necessarily get in the "nooks and crannies".
