When I asked where the case was, he said "I don't know, I guess I sold it, guitar and case were on sale apart", what I argued "why would you leave a 1k guitar unprotected, that's a really expensive guitar" he answered "You know, go to guitar center and get a new case for it, there you go" Don't pawn your things here. The guy that I spoke to looked at the bracelet and said, the curb link chain has been added to the bracelet and the bracelet has been custom made. No shit Sherlock. I told him that as I was taking it out of the box. Then he said, I wouldn't be interested in this piece. Next, I took out a beautiful watch and he took a brief look at it and said, there's been some wear on the buckle clasp so I wouldn't be interested. Of course there has been a little wear, it's a wrist watch however there want that much wear because I have only worn it twice. This guy had MAJOR attitude and it's like he didn't even want to be bothered. Pawning is a sensitive issue for everyone however this jerk has lost touch with that and shouldn't be involved with any facet of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Only the dial markers were reattached, and now there is no longer time to have the watch repaired before I need to wear it for an event. I could have had it repaired elsewhere in the same amount of time if they had let me know it would not be possible to repair it while it was in their possession. I'm honestly super upset to come back to pay for my watch to be repaired and learn that it still doesn't work. I didn't assume that keeping time was part of the service, I specifically asked for it to be able to keep time as part of the work order. No one called me, no one communicated that this would not be done. Instead they just played with my watch while real professionals could have been repairing it. Very upsetting.
