On each occasion, we were instructed to deliver the vehicle at 8:00 a.m. with the assurance of an update within a few hours, or by midday at the latest. On each occasion, no communication was forthcoming. By mid-afternoon--only after initiating contact ourselves--we were informed that the vehicle had yet to be inspected. An isolated oversight might be overlooked; a pattern of this consistency cannot. More troubling still, these representations were made by the owner directly. Precision in communication and stewardship of a client's time are not aspirational virtues in a professional setting--they are the baseline. To repeatedly offer assurances so detached from operational reality reflects a standard of practice that is, at best, indifferent. We extended ample latitude in the expectation that the experience would right itself. It did not. Accordingly, we cannot recommend this business and will not be returning.

I looked this location up because it was right by my work and they close at 7pm on weekdays. I…read moredrove up after work (5pm) and there were 3 guys all mopping the floors like they were closing already. They all turned towards me as I was driving up the bay and threw their arms up in the air in disgust that they would have to do some work. I was so annoyed by the reaction that I turned around and drove away. As I was leaving the parking lot, one of them who looked to be around 18-20 years old waved at me. They probably get paid by the hour so me leaving doesn't mean anything to them. But now I know, I'll just go some place else that actually wants to do their job. I worked retail for many years and even though you might be thinking 'Oh great I have to help this person' you should never show it like they did.

Identified these issues: check engine light, headlight that keeps burning out (told them its not…read morethe bulb, its wiring), a rear window that will not roll down from the driver's controls, windshield sprayer broken (can see the broken sprayer nozzle on the hood). I was charged a couple hundred for electrical diagnostics, only for them to replace the bulb (which went out again in 4 days, as I said, its a wiring issue). They wanted another couple hundred to diagnose the sprayer issue, even though I told them the sprayer on the hood is broken and its visible. They fixed the check engine light from a faulty oil pressure switch. When I returned a week after my initial visit for the 2nd round on the headlight, I am now told its a TIPM which will cost ~$2k to replace. Window was never addressed. I will be doing both the sprayer and TIPM myself for $750, a $1200 savings. Refurbished/programmed TIPMs are available online for $700
