I ordered 2x large brisket pho to go and received the skimpiest pho I have ever received. The pho had 5 pieces of super thin brisket. The broth is so incredibly bland. This must be the worse pho I've ever had in my entire life. Even the side of veggies were skimp. Look at that lime wedge, pathetic. How incredibly disappointing. I feel sad for this bowl of pho. It makes me depressed. $16 for the brisket pho + $2 for a large portion. That's $18 for a bowl of pho that's practically pho broth, 5 thin pieces of brisket and noodles. $38.68 w/tax for two bowls of pho. How this place can charge this much for what we received is a robbery. We just got jacked..!

I came here with a group of four to get boba before going to the movies near by. They have a large boba selection, the service was quick, and there were many seating options. The bobas we got, matcha brown sugar boba and mango milk tea were on a wide spectrum of sweetness. The matcha brown sugar boba was very very sweet and the mango milk tea was barely sweet at all. It would be great if this was adjustable. Other than that this is a great restaurant to get boba!

We just moved to this side of town and was in need of finding a new pho spot. This place is so cute! And the service is friendly. The soup was 10/10, the cheese wontons 10/10 the passion fruit tea was 10/10!!!!

The food is tasteless and such a small amount for the price so disappointed. It was just kinda gross. Will never go back to this place

Stopped on our way to Boulder. Visiting from out of town. Great prices and big portion sizes. The most flavorful pho I've ever had!! Spicy beef and spicy vegetable pho. SO good, wish we had one of these at home! Service was great too and food came out very fast.

With the opening of Mile High Pho, we now have the option of not having to trek all the way into the heart of Broomfield to get our pho fix...unless we really want to, of course. If you live in or adjacent to Louisville, the location of Mile High Pho definitely has an advantage over the well-known pho places in the unofficial Little Vietnam area in Broomfield. The price point is similar, the pho broth is flavorful, and you get the same plentiful amount of meat. During my most recent visit, I ordered the shaking beef. While the Mile High Pho version is strong on the vinegar and heavy on the onions, it was still filling. It was also great to see that they have a dedicated kid's menu. Oh, and this place has a Mile High Challenge where you can test your pho love and attempt to eat 3 pounds of noodles and 3 pounds of meat and loads of broth in 60 minutes or less. Any takers?

I came in on a very busy day of the year so am rounding up since the staff was working really hard to get orders out the door. I ordered a large chicken pho and roasted pork fresh spring rolls to go. The portion of pho broth and bean sprouts was great, but the amount of chicken was a bit disappointing (about 6 total pieces of shredded chicken). Broth was just ok, I added quite a bit of sriracha, lime, basil, and hoisin sauce and still felt it lacked some flavor. The spring roll portion size was great and I loved the massive serving of peanut sauce. The roasted pork inside was incredibly dry. I'd probably opt for tofu or shrimp next time.
