Friendly/accommodating staff - they were very understanding when I ran late to my appointment because my previous one ran over. Not pushy sales - I liked my stylist. They let me try on lots of dresses. 2. Browseable racks with a big selection. Racks are extremely well organized and you can pick your first dresses to try. 3. Dressing room - an actual room with a door, felt private. 4. They accept walk-ins 5. Plenty of room if you're bringing a big entourage :) Be aware: 1. Dress cleanliness - Some dresses had visibly dirty hems. Something to look out for since what you try is what you buy. 2. Sticking to budget - If your budget isn't flexible, you might want to emphasize that. A few dresses my stylist pulled exceeded my budget, and my favorite dress was almost double my budget (an honest mistake, I think). To their credit, the manager lowered the price as much as she could. 3. Prices - The pricing seemed higher compared to other off-the-rack stores I visited BUT they also seemed more able to offer below the tag price. My top two dresses had a significant amount knocked off at the end of the appointment. The lighting is very bright/fluorescent and seating is simple plastic chairs. Not what I would call a cozy atmosphere - more minimalistic - but spacious and you could easily see the details on the dresses. I recommend checking them out for the friendly stylists and big selection of affordable dresses!

We had 2 more dress store appointments so we asked them to hold the dress. Sure enough, after trying on dress at two other places...THE Dress was still here at Bridal Gallery. So that same day we called to see if our Bride could come try it on one more time. Again, they graciously welcomed us back, helped select a veil...and then...She said YES to the dress! There was never any pressure to buy. Angela and her team deeply care about helping brides find THEIR perfect dress (in a loving, caring & supportive way). I'd drive for miles and miles for this level of care & service!

    STEER CLEAR! I made an appointment at Bridal Gallery a few…read moreweeks ago. A few days prior, I received a phone call to confirm my appointment, dress size, and was asked my budget and what I was looking for. I said it's just a small courthouse wedding, looking for something simple no fuss and wanting to spend around $500. She said okay no problem we have a lot of dresses like that. Day of my appointment came. Went to David's Bridal first, didn't find anything. Then I went to Bridal Gallery. Had to use the seamstress's area to change because their dressing rooms were occupied. That's fine. She kept bringing me dresses fitting my description and all of them were over $1000... some closer to $1500. I told her more specifically that I wanted something short or at least no train. (COURTHOUSE WEDDING) I was told they didn't have any dresses like that at that location and they would have to pull from another store and bring me back. (45-minute drive for me each way) I was too embarrassed to say their dresses were too expensive, but I had told the lady my budget before my appointment day even came! I said fine to booking another appointment. Long drive for me L I think they should have had the simple dresses ready for me the first time considering I had told them what I was looking for. I decided to book my next appointment on a workday so I'm closer to the Bridal Gallery. Less gas cost for me considering I have 4 kids and a large SUV. The appointment was on this passed Tuesday and I had found a dress the Sunday prior. I was sooo busy at work and forgot to call to cancel the appointment. My fault of course. They charged my card $50 dollars for missing my SECOND appointment. I had already come to that first appointment; it isn't my fault they didn't have what I needed even though I had told them already before that appointment. Seems to me they are just trying to get money and don't care who they hurt. I obviously had a low budget for a reason. Very awful.

    *Disclaimer: did not purchase from this shop…read more Took my best friend dress shopping here for her wedding gown. They were able to get us in same day (awesome) and were very nice when we arrived. However, the selection of dresses was somewhat confused as all dresses were squished together in their bags. She selected several to try on and we began the process. The salesgirl was very polite but did not do a good job clipping the dress to make it fitting friend. If you've gone dress shopping- you know that you can't see what it will look like on your body unless the attendant garment clips it tightly. I saw ONE garment clamp being used- the rest were on par with chip clips! The overall experience was not horrible, but was a far way from good. Again- they were polite, but not very knowledgeable about their inventory or very helpful. Perhaps a different attendant would be more attentive to our needs but this one was NOT.

    I was a groomsman for a good friend of mine. His bride chose Bridal designs as the vendor for us to…read morerent our suits from. Of the groom and the five groomsmen, only two people had suits that fit even remotely well. The groom was fitted there, and when he went to pick his suit up, he was unhappy with the fit. The arms were incredibly tight and the lapels lifted around three inches off his chest at rest. He was told that this was normal and that this was the style of suit he chose. According to him and his bride, he was not given any options to get a different style. The shop owner told me that he was not telling the truth. A local tailor measured me. When I arrived for a fitting, everything was ok except the pants were incredibly large. With the pants tightened as much as possible, I had about 8 inches between my stomach and the button. The shop owner then measured me, and told me that I was 2 inches smaller than my tailor had measured. When she measured me, she pulled the tape so tight that it was cutting into my skin. All instructions on Google say to leave a finger under the tape to be sure it is not too tight. Also, the shoes, which were my normal shoe size were way too small. The owner then informed me that it was my tailor's fault and that she could order the pants based off her measurement of two inches smaller, but I would have to pay an additional $15 in shipping. She promised me that they would arrive via UPS the next day. This was Thursday, and the wedding was Saturday. Texas was hit by a massive storm that week, and the package never arrived Friday. She said that she was told by UPS that it would arrive on Saturday morning (wedding day), but that her suit vendor was sending another set. I don't blame her for the shipping delay, but I never received the replacements before the wedding. I had to buy pants a Kohl's and wear old shoes. The shop owner refused to refund anything, even the additional $15 shipping for the items that I never received. My issue was that she showed no empathy and her attitude was horrible. Luckily the wedding went well in spite of her. I would never recommend her to anyone, this is not someone you need to deal with for your big day.

    Wow where to start. I originally ordered a dress but I had lost weight and by the time it came in…read moreit was too big so I had to reorder a smaller size. When that dress came in I went in to pick it up and went ahead and tried it on in the store to see how the fit was. When I tried the dress on I noticed a huge spot/stripes on the front and back of the dress near the bottom. It looked as though the dye just didn't grab onto those areas. I showed it to the employee and manager and they agreed it was damaged and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately at the time I was there the warehouse was closed so they couldn't confirm a replacement. At this point I had a little over a 5 weeks until the wedding date. Bridesmaids dresses usually take about a month to come in. The manager said she would mark the dress as picked up in the system but that she would call the warehouse the next day to see if they could get a replacement in time. She told me to leave the dress there in case they were able to process that. I was given no proof of this though and it was solely based on word and trust. Even though she said she had marked it as picked up. This didn't sit well with me but there was nothing else to be done. They said they made notes in the system so anyone should be able to go back and see that. The next day(well over 24 hours later) I still hadn't heard anything so I called the store. Sure enough she said she had forgotten and would get back to me. She did call back later and confirm they were able to get a replacement ordered and it would get here within two weeks. The problem at this point was that I needed to get the dress hemmed because I'm very short. They said they would waive the rush fee on alterations. I told them they really put me in a bind because I never planned on using David's bridal for alterations seeing as the cost is MUCH higher that going to a local tailor (I got a quote for $15 for a hem at a local shop while David's quoted me $60 without the rush fee). I asked if I could get free alterations seeing as it was their mishandling. They said it was the warehouse that sent them the damaged dress and not their fault. After lots of back and forth they agreed. I again was given no proof but only a "note in the system" Two weeks later the dress gets in. (Three weeks till the wedding) It's great fits great, just a bit long. And we make an appointment for alterations a week later. 1 week later (Two weeks till the wedding) I have my alterations appointment and they take the measurements and pin the dress to be hemmed. I notice the pinning isn't straight and mention it and she said it'd be fine and they would straighten it during sewing. When I go to end the appointment and schedule the pickup appointment I remind them that the store manager had agreed to waive the rush fee and the alteration cost all together. Several store employees/managers are involved at this point and no one believes me. I mention this "note in the system" that sure enough they can't find. Eventually after about 20 minutes they just waive the fee but roll their eyes at me and guilt trip me by saying the seamstresses put lots of work into the alterations and it's not fair for me to not pay, but they waive it anyways. They give me a pickup date for a week later Pick up date: 1 week until the wedding. The hem is crooked. Like majorly crooked. There's a designed slit in the skirt and the fabrics overlaps in one section. In that section the front fabric is hemmed noticeably higher than the back. Exactly where I told them it was crooked with the pinning. The hem is not straight whatsoever. Really happy I didn't pay for the alterations because I would've paid $60 for them to butcher the bottom of the dress. There wasn't much to be done at this point. I didn't trust them to not screw it up more and I only had a week until the wedding so I had to go with it. They didn't offer to make this any better or refund me. I would not recommend going here at all. They have great prices and selection however it's not worth the headache. I really expected more from them but they continuously let me down not only with service but quality as well. Spent about $200 for a messed up dress and a huge month long headache. Save your money and time.

I called ahead of…read moretime and asked if i needed to make an appointment or if i could just walk in, which they said since it was a week day and not busy i could walk in. When i arrived i was greeted and an associate was trying to help me out but literallyyyyy every single question i asked her regarding dress selection and flower girl dresses she answered me "i don't know" like a million times. After about the 4th "i don't know" i kinda got annoyed!!!!!!!!! I asked "are dresses that are i store also available online" i asked if there were a more selection of flower girl dresses online, and i didn't receive a straight answer for anything so i just left! Wouldn't recommend honestly..... maybe i needed to make an appt idk..
