My experience with this place has been wonderful. I have gone to a few bridal shops before but I was very happy with the selection that this place had! My bridal stylist VEE was amazing! she was very patient and knowledgeable with designers and their styles. After trying on a few dresses, she brought out more based on my style selection and what I felt fit me best. I ultimately found the dress of my dreams with Vee's help and I couldn't be more excited!! Came here on a Wednesday afternoon with a friend who made the appointment to find her dress! This store is HUGE. There were so many different dress options and I (even tho it wasn't my appointment) was overwhelmed at the choices! She had a 2 hour appointment and we finished in 1 hour and 45 minutes. After discussing what she liked (I think prior to the appointment) the dresses were brought to her and she tried them on. I wish I could take back the hour and a half of my day I wasted here. This will be long but this is just how bad it was- so bear with me. I went here on a Wednesday afternoon after going to two other bridal boutiques that I actually had great luck with, but I was most excited for this place because both my best friend and sister in law got their dresses from here. As soon as our stylist walks in to the front to take us back, I knew this was going to be bad. She did not introduce herself or ask who I brought with me, she did not say welcome or seem excited at all, and she did not even smile. We then walk back and we sit down to talk about styles I am looking for and she immediately starts talking about herself and her family. She talked about herself and family more during the appointment than me, even at one point was insulting her family, making a comment her daughter looked "homeless" (she showed us a picture and was drop dead gorgeous). I could tell you 5 facts about her family that's how much she talked about them. At one point while I was naked in the dressing room she said a size 12 sample size dress that was too big on me was for the "cheeseburger eaters." Nobody who works in this industry should be making comments like that? At one point during the appointment she told me "don't get married" as I was standing in a wedding dress. Yah she was joking I guess but excuse me?!? You don't say that to a young, excited BRIDE TO BE. to top it off, she was on her phone the entire time I was in dresses, didn't pull a single one I liked, in fact was pulling the exact opposite of what I was asking for. The only dress I liked I found myself, which she yelled the price of across the store to make sure it was in my budget, even after our budget was already discussed AND I already put it on the inquiry form. It was very distasteful and disrespectful. I left this appointment feeling discouraged, sad, and extremely disappointed. For being the biggest store in DFW, they didn't hold a candle to the experience I got elsewhere. My lady claims she had worked there for 20 years so BEWARE to anyone coming here. I bought my dress in May, so my review is coming in a little late, but I had a great experience! We were greeted with champagne and taken to a private room to try on dresses. The stylist (Trish) knew what I wanted after telling her a bit about my style. I wanted all the glitz and glam and she pulled the most beautiful dresses for me, and none of them went over budget. It was actually pretty hard to make a final decision, but I'm really happy with what I chose, and I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of my gown. I had read a few reviews about this store not being friendly to Black brides, but that wasn't my experience at all. We did get some weird looks when we walked in, but not from anyone working in the store. The uncomfortable looks were from some of the White brides and their parties. My stylist made us feel comfortable and even took lots of pictures for us! I did feel a little rushed at the end because I didn't realize that the checkout process is included in the two hour appointment, but it all worked out! This was the second store I went to and it was perfect! I wouldn't recommend coming here first because you'll trick yourself into thinking that you need to see more and try on more gowns. This is not the store to "warm up" at. Come ready to buy because you'll 100% find the right dress for you! read more

Marianne was phenomenal! I had been to a few other stores looking for what I wanted (which was a tall order) and Marianne had pre-pulled items that matched that request. Then after I showed her my previous favorites from other stores, she realized the pre-pulled ones where not going to be the right fit, and instead of spending time trying those on, we went right on to the dresses I was looking for. She had me make some hard choices about which ones I liked more - which was EXACTLY what I needed at this stage. She saw what my vision was and while letting me try on what I wanted, helped me narrow focus on the small details I needed to be considering to narrow down my choices. I got down to the final 2 and this is where it came full circle. The tall order I mentioned at the start, she pulled items that to help simulate my tall order so I could get the visual, and gave suggestions on how to fill this tall order. She brought up options and things that still needed to be done after the selection process to help keep me in my budget. She had also reached out to others to see if some of the alterations I was hoping for were even possible, and having answers before I was out of the dress. This store was the last one on my list to visit because of their vast number of dresses and I wanted to know the details of what I wanted before I went there in order to use my appointment time well. I knew the appropriate shape, style, and details yet I still tried on more than 10 dresses in the 2 hours. Marianne had the right questions to ask, and helped me get through all of the dresses I wanted to try on without feeling rushed or like I needed to move on right away. I thought I had been there for 4 hours when I left, and it was 5 minutes under 2 hours. If it was not for trying to be vague about my dress I would have so much more to go on about - and fully intend on updating this in May 2026 after my wedding to include the details really talking about incredible other things Marianne helped with. Absolutely needs 5 diamonds!!!. We made the road trip to Texas and had the opportunity to enjoy the Fort Worth area for a girls trip. My daughter had a designer in mind and this shop works with her so made an appointment on early Sunday morning for a private session. Without a doubt the best way to get the bridal shopping experience. The shop is located in a cute little downtown area that is like a blast from the past. The shop it's self appears small from the outside which is completely deceiving. When we arrived with my daughters entregawere greeted by the wonderful Wynn with champagne. She took us into a private room that comfortably accommodated all us. She told us exactly how our morning would proceed. She took my daughter and had her select dresses. She then returned to whisk off my other daughter aka the maid of honor. Wynn returned again requesting a my other daughter by sorority. Wynn would return with dresses but none of the girls. She finally brought back the three girls. The bridal fashion show began. I can honestly say I have the most beautiful girls but the breathtaking beauty of my baby in wedding dress was almost too much. Every dress was stunning and Wynn took her time with us making sure we gave her our thoughts. When it came tune to retry the dresses that made the cut. My daughter tried on the very first dress again for round two, and then proclaimed this is it. So she found her dress and that was it. Came here super excited to hopefully find the one!! Was disappointed almost immediately when I was told that none of the dresses I liked on their website was actually at the store. I then told the stylist Tony was her name what I wanted and she didn't listen to anything I said. She brought me a style that I didn't like and that was almost $1,000 over my price range. I told her I didn't like any and so she went back to find more dresses and came back with the same style and still over my price range. I finally was allowed to walk the floor and pick dresses. I tried them on but still didn't really love them but it was at least closer. Unfortunately, towards the end of the appointment, I was rushed out each time I'd go back to try on a different dress. The attendant told me "we need to hurry" and I was told that another bride paid to rent the place and we all needed to be out. Which is totally fine but, A. There's a better way to tell me that, especially not telling me at the END of the appt and B. Don't allow us to try on any and every dress. My mom asked if we had time (towards the end) to try on another dress and attendant said yes AFTER she told me we needed to "hurry". The attendant also took like 15 mins to come grab us up front. I arrived here with the bride and we had an appointment. I was very disappointed. It all started with arriving on time and sitting and waiting for our attendant. As we waited, we witnessed a walk in customer crying because she didn't know she needed an appointment and was stressed, she was then offered to walk around to look but she won't get to try on dresses. As I continued to wait, I asked if we can walk around and I was told we were not allowed to. A bit unfair? Finally, our attendant arrived and we were brought straight to the try on area, which we shared with another bride. I felt like I was apart of her journey as well, that's how close in proximity we were. My bride was asked what dresses she would like, but was not offered to go look on the floor, not until I stepped in and asked if we could walk around. The attendant finally offered the bride, only her, to walk the floor and I had to stay behind. During the fitting, you can tell the attendant was not friendly or willing to help. She kept rolling her eyes and luckily the bride didn't see, but I saw everything. I'm very unhappy with my experience and I'm so glad my bride didn't purchase anything here. read more

I had THE MOST AMAZING experience with this store and the ladies that work there. Danielle was the associate that helped me all morning and I couldn't have asked for more. She sat down and took time to hear about my style, my wedding plans, and what I liked and didn't like. We talked about what my goals were for the appointment and I told her that I had never tried on dresses before so even though I was open to finding a dress, I wasn't planning on it. She treated me the exact same after I basically told her I wasn't even planning to buy anything. She was beyond patient with me the whole time. I told her I hated sparkles then chose the sparkliest dress in the store to try on and she completely understood that I just wanted to try it just in case. Her personality could not have been a better fit for me, I asked her for honesty throughout and she did just that. It was only me and my mom at the fitting and we chose to do it right when they opened at 10am on a Wednesday. I'd definitely suggest going during that time because all hands were on deck to help as they were not nearly as busy as they are during peak weekend hours. I ended up choosing the very first dress I tried on even though I continued to try on dresses for two hours after and Danielle was still understanding. I do not understand any of these negative reviews that have been posted. I'd have to assume people come here for lower cost dresses and have a smaller selection to choose from and are frustrated that the store and associates working here have a lot of higher end designers. Every staff member was beyond accommodating every step of the way. Booking the appointment online was easy and I received a text the day before to be sure to put a card down as a deposit in case of not showing up. Our appointment ran over and Danielle had to go to her next appointment. Amy took over and we again never felt rushed and ordered the dress with Amy. She was so knowledgeable, I loved that she talked about wearing a Berta to her own wedding and was still in love with it. Her attitude made me even more confident that I was making the right decision even though my wedding is so far out. My stylist Angela, was amazing! She is truly a caring, patient and wholesome person. I would give her 5 stars alone. I'm so glad I had her for this experience. However, I witnessed other stylist interact with clients from a far and was taken back my their attitudes towards the brides. My mom and I kept saying, "if that was my stylist, I would've left by now". I really wanted to purchase my dress from Angela but the purchasing process with the person in charge was frustrating. I've been in sales most of my working career so I understand most tactics... however, I don't like "surprises" when it comes down to it. My dress was $2500 and they tacked on a $100 fee for expedited shipping-- even though I was told it was in stock and would arrive in 3 weeks. If my wedding is 5 months away and it would arrive in 3 weeks (standard shipping time for in stock dresses) why would I need expedited shipping? When I pushed back on that charge, was told that they have to charge the $100 because the manufacturer charges them to ship it. I ended up purchasing my dress elsewhere.... I wasn't charged the $100 "manufactures shipping fee" and overall it ended up being over $100 cheaper. read more

I will say when it came to my dress, I knew what I wanted and I stayed pretty consistent with my vision. I booked 8 bridal salon appointments and had amazing experiences at Birdie Bridal, Bliss Bridal and Elizabeth Lee Bridal. However, I had my heart set on a certain Essence of Australia dress and Bridal Boutique matched my vision and had a dress from the same designer I liked eveb more. I felt so at home in the Bridal Salon and loved how they treated my family, friends and I like friends of their own. Definitely high quality service and products. In hindsight I would absolutely go back for my dress but I would go somewhere else for my veil as I believe I could have gotten my veil much cheaper for a similar quality elsewhere. Other bridal stores kept trying to push other styles, and not listening to what I wanted. My stylist at Bridal Boutique in Lewisville was great at listening to my vison for the dress. She gave me plenty of options and took a ton of pictures for me in each dress for reference. She spent time listening to what I liked and didn't like about each dress I tried on and based the next selection on my feedback until we found the one. They did great showing me dresses that fit my budget and vision. I got married in December and am still so in love with my dress every time I look at our wedding pictures. I didn't have the best experience at BB Lewisville and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know. It was my very first bridal appointment and I was very nervous going in. I had an idea of what I wanted but since I've never tried on a wedding dress I said I was very open. They were super nice when we arrived and I got to walk the floor and point out some dresses I'd like to try. When I was trying dresses on they were all just meh. I kept telling my stylist things I liked and didn't like about each dress in hopes she'd pull dresses different from what I had been trying on. Every single dress she gave me was the same as the last. I felt like my voice wasn't being heard and I didn't know what to do. Example: I would say I didn't like how much lace was on the bottom and she'd hand me a dress with even more lace. I felt like I wasn't asking for too much but then again, it's my wedding dress. My stylist was not making any conversation and when my MOH asked her questions about dresses I had on she said she didn't know or just ignored her. Definitely not making us feel welcome/excited. I had a 2 hour appointment block and after an hour of trying on dresses I didn't like - she instructed me to put my clothes back on and meet her outside of the dressing room. Once I did that, she walked us to the door and told me to have a good day. We were left SO confused. She said nothing about me coming back if I liked any, never let me walk the floor again knowing things I liked and didn't like, just ended the appointment with an hour left. It was not anything like I expected a wedding dress fitting to be like. I walked out uncomfortable, confused, frustrated, and in tears that I'd never find a wedding dress. Luckily, the next day I had a completely different experience at a different bridal boutique and found my dress with MUCH better customer service! read more

Update: I called in 5 days later to cancel the order on my veil (the only one veil shown and offered to me) because I inherited a family heirloom wedding veil 6 days ago and I was not able to cancel it. I called in on a Saturday and the representative agreed to have a manager call me back on Monday. It's now Tuesday and I had to call back myself since no one got back to me. I was under the impression that the custom ordered pieces where non refundable and I completely understand but I was not aware that this veil was also non refundable. Now I'm stuck with a veil without having any options for it and it comes with a price tag of 1k+. I Wish this would have been communicated to me. I figured it wasn't custom made since it was the only one that was presented to me while in store and that it was just something they had handy and in stock. I waited far too long to begin appointments for my wedding dress and I had some SERIOUS ANXIETY about the entire process. I was able to sneak an appointment in on a Friday afternoon just a week after my initial call for an appointment and I had the great pleasure of working with Veronica for my fitting. 10 out of 10 I would HIGHLY recommend checking this location out if you're in the market for a wedding dress. Here's why: Appointment booking was super easy and I was not at all judged or chastised for waiting so close to the wedding to book my appointment. Veronica let me know that not every dress would be available and my selection would be more limited, but she was up to the task and willing to check delivery time for anything that I loved! Of the 5 stores I went to, this was by far the best in store experience. They have an extensive selection of wedding gowns in various styles and price points to choose from. They offer cucumber water and regular water as well as champagne. Trying on dresses can be a workout and these refreshments were much appreciated! Each bride has an area for her group to sit and her own changing room. My Mom and other companion were free to sit and enjoy the process (unlike other stores where my attendants were literally putting me in dresses without help). Veronica was great about staying in my budget and I never felt a heavy sales push or forced outside my budget for my dream dress. Veronica gave me plenty of help as well as plenty of privacy. The dressing room had plenty of room and she passed me dresses through the curtain, then helped me get them zipped without me having to parade around mostly naked. She was great about clipping and pinning dresses to give me the best possible vision of what a dress would look like in my size and most importantly she REALLY LISTENED to what I wanted. I very specifically wanted strapless and other stores brought me dress after dress with straps/haulter/etc without ever bringing me the style I requested. Veronica also offered dresses that were a little outside my comfort zone, but I was happy to try on other ideas and I felt completely comfortable saying "no" to trying them on if the dress wasn't of interest to me. I did find a great dress that was a contender and had beautiful details and sparkle. I really wanted to get a sense for how it would look outside in the sun for my outdoor wedding. Veronica allowed me and helped me go outside so I could see the dress sparkle in the sun! They also gave me veil options and offered to let me try some earrings to see how the dress would all pull together. She also checked delivery times to ensure it could arrive in time for alterations. Ultimately I found my dream dress at a different store, but I could not have been happier with my experience at Bridal Boutique and Veronica. After getting engaged I immediately knew I wanted to find a dress at BB Lewisville, just like my mom did over 30 years ago. We were warmly greeted by the staff and showed to our room, and that's when everything began to go downhill. They didn't let my mom or anyone pick out gowns with me (which makes sense since it's a big store) but they could have been nicer about it. After getting over that, I proceeded to show my consultant (Wyn) the style numbers of the dresses I liked, and she quickly shot me down and said "if you don't have pictures I can't find them." Sorry, what? She didn't even offer to look them up in the system like any other store would do. After picking out several dresses outside of my list, we started trying them on and quickly established what I liked/didn't like. Every single dress I liked was one I picked out myself, and the ones I sent back were ones that Wyn had chosen, which she made a condescending comment about. I knew it wasn't personal, but it got personal when my mom showed her a dress she wanted to see on me, to which Wyn pulled one that looked nothing like the one in my mom's photos. When I had it on, my mom made a comment about how that's not close to what she wanted, and Wyn essentially gaslit her in front of everyone, then told me in the fitting room that I "had quite the judgmental crowd." I was in disbelief at this point. It wasn't until the end of the appointment my MOH brought up the list of dresses I came in with and how we haven't seen any. I sent her my list of style #'s and my friend had photos pulled up within 3 mins. Wyn went to go look for the one I really wanted, and I guess it appeared out of thin air because she had never seen this dress before (whatever). Anyway, I loved the dress, but at that point, I decided I would go elsewhere to find it because of the collective experience we all had that day. All in all, I'm sure the other consultants are great and the store was beautiful. The biggest thing for me was the overwhelming condescension I faced from my consultant. It could be that I'm not a typical bride and she was disappointed in my reactions to certain dresses she put me in, but it's her job to remain professional and she didn't that day. read more

The amount of inventory and different options the store has the offer are incredible. Savanah was my bridal stylist, and she was very warm and thoughtful. She listened to everything I had to say. Well the shopping experience was amazing and initially so was the customer service. We ordered a trunk show gown for my daughter's wedding and were told it should be in in about 6 months. When I called 5 months later I was cheerfully assisted by someone who told me to check back in about another month. I called today and was told I had to email for the status of my daughter's gown. Really? I have called exactly 2 times in 6months and ordered an almost $4000 gown and you can't give me a status update over the phone? This is really poor service. As someone who has held a managerial position in retail I would never inconvenience a customer this way. Buyer beware. Once they have your order and money apparently they have no time to talk to you even on a Monday morning. read more

I just had my appointment this afternoon at Bridal Boutique and I needed to write a review. This is the second bridal shop I've been to since getting engaged on Christmas 2021, but I was absolutely blown away by the experience. I went to a shop in Keller first and absolutely fell in love with 2 dresses. So much so I went back again to show family and friends. So today, I was open to trying on anything, but thought my heart was set. I was wrong. I was lucky enough to be helped by Veronica and she truly made my experience..literally. She was so sweet and after talking with her she knew exactly what I wanted. Veronica made sure I was open to styles in the beginning, but once I told her yes or no on dresses and what I was looking for she absolutely delivered. I had 4 top dresses, but when she brought out one in particular and I tried it on I cried. I found my dress. I can't express enough how much I enjoyed finding my dress here. This boutique is packed with beautiful gowns and accessories. They have a ton of dresses in plus sizes so you don't have to feel stuffed into a dress. I had an AMAZING experience here. My sales associate was Sandy and she was so upbeat and positive. I had been to a few other bridal shops before coming here so I had an idea of the type of dress I wanted. Sandy asked if I had a picture of my dream gown (and I did) and she found the exact gown I showed her. I was nervous about deciding right on the spot so I wanted a day to sleep on it and I felt no pressure to buy it right then and there which was so nice. The next day I said yes to my dress. I absolutely loved Bridal Boutique! I worked with Angela and she was the most patient, honest and loving person! I came in twice, the initial visit was my "last" appointment of the day (I visited 3 boutiques that day) I feel in love with "the dress" but wasn't sure. A week later I came back to try on "the dress" again and ask for 2 more options and showed pictures of the other two I was torn with. We than fell in love with another one, and she helped me change in and out of the SAME two dresses for an hour. She debated PROS and CONS with me, my mom laughed and said she didn't want to choose they were both great. When I made the choice Angela commented how she was so excited that's the one she liked the most, my mom agreed but said she didn't want to sway me. My Mom and I drove out to Lewisville from Dallas having heard wonderful things about this Bridal Salon. We walked in and were greeted with a friendly welcome and the store was really cute. It wasn't until we met with our associate that things took a turn for the worst. She expected my Mom and I to search through racks and racks of dresses with very little help. She didn't listen to anything I had to say in regards to what I was looking for and pulled everything I didn't want. After trying on dress 3, another associate walked in to assist and was horribly rude. My mom and I asked questions about lace, custom tops and skirts, etc and got responses with such attitude. When asked to see if there was anything new that had recently come in that wasn't on the website we got a snarky "we get new things in every week"......well ok can we see them? I tried on maybe 4 dresses and couldn't get out of there fast enough. To me it seemed as though the associates cared more about leaving for the day and closing than they did about my dress and experience in their store. There are definitely more accommodating places out there to buy a beautiful dress. read more

I'm not one of those girls that wanted to have that try on every dress in the store, I had about 4 in mind thanks to theknot.com. I came in during the weekday to avoid weekend high maintenance brides and 50 person bridal parties that want that Say Yes to the Dress tears n' tissues experience. I came in armed with pictures which was a great idea because the sales lady automatically recognized them and pulled the exact dresses as well as those with similar likeness. I got married at Cathedral Guadalupe which meant shoulders had to be covered. Not a biggie, wanted lace with a Spanish flare bolero style. Thirty minutes later I had decided on a lace Allure and scalloped cathedral length mantilla veil. I ordered the dress at the end of August 2012, it came in the first week of January 2013, mom had to fly back from out of the country to come to my first fitting only to find that...the wrong dress was in. Just when you think it was time to harness my inner bridezilla, I harnessed my inner Catholic Sunday school teacher and remained calm. Thank GOD for the youthful sales girl because she was understanding and immediately jumped into action UNLIKE the more mature sales lady who insisted that this was the dress I had ordered. When I showed her pictures of me in the dress in their fitting room she shut up, thank God. Word to the wise mature sales lady, if a bride is telling you that the 3/4 length dress in front of her is NOT what she ordered and begins to describe a cap sleeve keyhole back dress you need to get off your high horse and listen. Enter what I believe was the owner, who told me she would have another dress in February (end) for my April 6th wedding, but more important for my March 15th bridal session. The dress was in when she said it was, and while I was thankful to the weight Gods that I had lost a lot of weight, because the dress that was allegedly ordered off of my measurements barely fit! Why 3 stars? For the awesome alterations lady who was able to addd more material to cover my boobaliciousness and tighten the dress along the derrier. I would recommend this store, but if you are rushed for time I don't think this is the location for you. read more

Quick facts: -Melissa is excellent- only works Saturday, Sunday, and Monday -Buying off the rack is the best experience. The gowns are in excellent condition and you can get a very expensive dress at a reasonable price -Monday is the best day to make an appointment- preferably in the morning I scheduled my friend an appointment, having been referred by my cousins to this boutique. When we arrived, they interviewed her in depth about her taste, colors, personality, the groom, everything. Our consultant was Melissa- and she was excellent. She listened and watched my friend's facial expressions and was very intuitive in getting to know us and helping us stay within budget. This was a wonderful experience. We walked out with the dress, out of which Mel squeezed every discount possible. The owner walked by and liked how sweet my friend looked in the dress and took another $125 off. This was a luxurious, sweet experience, and I will be back if/when it's my turn to dress shop. read more
