I was pretty much set on buying my wedding dress from Etsy because I didn't want to spend too much money on a dress that I would only wear one day. I had Elizabeth Lee Bridal on my radar just in case I wanted to be able to try on a few dresses to see what I liked. I felt uneasy about buying a dress online without trying it on and seeing it in person so I finally decided to make an appointment at Elizabeth Lee... 6 months before my wedding! I invited my mom, sister, and brother to share this experience with me since it would be the first time I tried on wedding dresses. Right when you walk in, the energy is amazing. We felt so welcomed. We sat down and were greeted by Maria who was going to be helping me find a dress on this day. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She wanted to get an understanding of what style I was looking for and get to know me a little bit better. She asked about my fiancé and I, how we met and how he proposed. I told Maria that I liked simple elegance but I wanted to try on dresses that I wouldn't normally be interested in just so that I won't have any regrets. Maria made me feel very comfortable when she was assisting me with putting on the dresses and gave me her feedback. I tried on mermaid dresses with lace and beading, dresses with longer trains in silk. I liked some of the dresses for different reasons but I didn't feel that those were my dresses. Maria presented me with a 6th dress for me to try on and right away, I knew I was going to love it. It was exactly what I was looking for. I tried on THE dress, came out of the fitting room to show my family, saw myself in the mirror and tears came to all of our eyes. This was the one, no doubt in my mind. I never understand why women cry when they find their wedding dress but now I know! Maria wanted me to have the completed look so she pinned my hair back, put a veil on me, and handed me a bouquet. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! We had a champagne toast to celebrate. This next step is to get all measurements and they are very thorough. Maria did my first measurements and someone else (didn't catch her name!) did it a second time. Luckily, I made it within the window in order to avoid having to do a rush order. They recommend placing an order for a dress 6-8 months before the wedding. I honestly was not expecting to find a dress on this day but I'm so glad I did. This was such an amazing experience and I would HIGHLY recommend Elizabeth Lee Bridal.

I can't give enough stars for this amazing place. One of my favorite people aka BFF's referred me to try on wedding dresses while I was in Texas visiting family. From the moment I walked in the door, I was in love. The staff is so patient, kind, and helpful. They really focus on how many different options you have when working with them; from custom dresses, veils, etc. they are not pushy in anyway. They only pull items in your price point if you are firm. I had the pleasure of meeting both owners and having her find me my dress. I am so happy with my experience! I found my dress which is STUNNING, and since I'm the first person to purchase it, it's named after me too! What an absolutely wonderful experience. Highly recommend this bridal boutique to everyone. The quality of the dresses are nothing I have ever seen before - sooo worth the trip!

I am so happy I was told about Elizabeth Lee!! I had been searching everywhere for my dream dress and was so disappointed in everything, and then my MIL (that lives in Bedford) mention that she drove past this place all the time and that I should check it out. I am so happy that I did!! Wendy was there at my first apt and told me I could customize a dress if I wanted and honestly it was extremely reasonably priced. We sat together and designed my dream dress in a day. The process was incredible easy and I always felt comfortable with any recommendations they had for me. I also decided to customize my veil with them as well! Just to show how they excel at customer service, I live out of town and had my MIL pick up my veil...a week before the wedding I noticed an issue with the veil and told Wendy. My veil was fixed within 2 days...I was so impressed and incredibly grateful for their team. They truly work to make your wedding day amazing. Even though I had a custom dress, everything they have is just beautiful.

The BEST boutique!!! The girls that work here know exactly what they are doing! I went in for a fitting, they asked a few questions, and then they brought me a few dresses to try on. I tried my first dress and it just took my breath away! It was so beautiful and perfect that it ended up being my wedding dress! I tried a few after just to be sure and none of them felt like the first one I had tried on. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and the girls were very patient and caring. They also helped me accessorize and they referred me to a great tailor, which is in house. Definitely recommend Elizabeth Lee!

Say yes to the dress! It only takes one day to make a decision.

Wow where to start. I originally ordered a dress but I had lost weight and by the time it came in…read moreit was too big so I had to reorder a smaller size. When that dress came in I went in to pick it up and went ahead and tried it on in the store to see how the fit was. When I tried the dress on I noticed a huge spot/stripes on the front and back of the dress near the bottom. It looked as though the dye just didn't grab onto those areas. I showed it to the employee and manager and they agreed it was damaged and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately at the time I was there the warehouse was closed so they couldn't confirm a replacement. At this point I had a little over a 5 weeks until the wedding date. Bridesmaids dresses usually take about a month to come in. The manager said she would mark the dress as picked up in the system but that she would call the warehouse the next day to see if they could get a replacement in time. She told me to leave the dress there in case they were able to process that. I was given no proof of this though and it was solely based on word and trust. Even though she said she had marked it as picked up. This didn't sit well with me but there was nothing else to be done. They said they made notes in the system so anyone should be able to go back and see that. The next day(well over 24 hours later) I still hadn't heard anything so I called the store. Sure enough she said she had forgotten and would get back to me. She did call back later and confirm they were able to get a replacement ordered and it would get here within two weeks. The problem at this point was that I needed to get the dress hemmed because I'm very short. They said they would waive the rush fee on alterations. I told them they really put me in a bind because I never planned on using David's bridal for alterations seeing as the cost is MUCH higher that going to a local tailor (I got a quote for $15 for a hem at a local shop while David's quoted me $60 without the rush fee). I asked if I could get free alterations seeing as it was their mishandling. They said it was the warehouse that sent them the damaged dress and not their fault. After lots of back and forth they agreed. I again was given no proof but only a "note in the system" Two weeks later the dress gets in. (Three weeks till the wedding) It's great fits great, just a bit long. And we make an appointment for alterations a week later. 1 week later (Two weeks till the wedding) I have my alterations appointment and they take the measurements and pin the dress to be hemmed. I notice the pinning isn't straight and mention it and she said it'd be fine and they would straighten it during sewing. When I go to end the appointment and schedule the pickup appointment I remind them that the store manager had agreed to waive the rush fee and the alteration cost all together. Several store employees/managers are involved at this point and no one believes me. I mention this "note in the system" that sure enough they can't find. Eventually after about 20 minutes they just waive the fee but roll their eyes at me and guilt trip me by saying the seamstresses put lots of work into the alterations and it's not fair for me to not pay, but they waive it anyways. They give me a pickup date for a week later Pick up date: 1 week until the wedding. The hem is crooked. Like majorly crooked. There's a designed slit in the skirt and the fabrics overlaps in one section. In that section the front fabric is hemmed noticeably higher than the back. Exactly where I told them it was crooked with the pinning. The hem is not straight whatsoever. Really happy I didn't pay for the alterations because I would've paid $60 for them to butcher the bottom of the dress. There wasn't much to be done at this point. I didn't trust them to not screw it up more and I only had a week until the wedding so I had to go with it. They didn't offer to make this any better or refund me. I would not recommend going here at all. They have great prices and selection however it's not worth the headache. I really expected more from them but they continuously let me down not only with service but quality as well. Spent about $200 for a messed up dress and a huge month long headache. Save your money and time.

When i arrived i was greeted and an associate was trying to help me out but literallyyyyy every single question i asked her regarding dress selection and flower girl dresses she answered me "i don't know" like a million times. After about the 4th "i don't know" i kinda got annoyed!!!!!!!!! I asked "are dresses that are i store also available online" i asked if there were a more selection of flower girl dresses online, and i didn't receive a straight answer for anything so i just left! Faux Fur Blanket - they told me upfront that it was damaged and offered to refund the $35 dry clean. I told them the cost of the West Elm blanket and asked for them to pay for a new one. After about 20-30 minutes of waiting while they went back and forth with their manager, they agreed and apologized profusely. They asked me not to write a negative review, and I was not going to as they apologized and paid for the item, BUT that was until I got home and saw my dress ruined, and they refused to admit fault. Dress - VERY different experience - women working in the front was very rude this time and refused to responsibility for the damages. She told me the stains and snags were there previously, which is an objective lie and I have countless photos of me wearing the dress (wore it ONE time). She refused to admit any responsibility despite causing numerous stains and snags. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to tell me what day or time he works. I asked for him to call me, she told me not possible. I asked for him to email me, also not possible. She could offer nothing other than for me to call the store every day and ask if he was in the store. I wish I never came here. Do not recommend. Do not trust this business with anything you care about. EDIT: I talked to 3 women - one of which was named Pooja, not sure what the others names were. The women with glasses was the women with the dress who refused to accept any fault or take my complaints seriously. Pooja was very kind and apologetic and happy to do what she could to try to make things right when she saw the dress on my 3rd visit back here. She brought out the dry cleaner who was kind as well and willing to try to get the stains out - still no acknowledgment of the new snags though, and told it was just the material.

I was dropping off an item to be cleaned, and I asked what the price would be (approximately). The lady said she couldn't tell me the price until I picked it up - She said the system won't let her. Huh?! So I have to trust that AFTER you complete a service, you're not gonna charge an obscene amount?! That's not how business works... Prices are up-front. Besides, don't most cleaners give you the option to pay in advance anyway? Ridiculous. I told her that the last time I came, they were able to price it for me beforehand. Eventually, she got really irritated, snatched my garment (a sweater), and huffed away, saying that she'd "just do it right now." I had no idea what she was going to go do - It was so sudden (and rude) that I just stood there while she disappeared behind the wall. After a few minutes, she came back with a price and a confusing, disjointed explanation about why she couldn't do that from the get-go. The other issue I had with her was at pickup... I dropped it off on a Monday - She told me it would be ready Wednesday. I had asked if I could pick it up at 1:30. She said it would be ready at 4:00. I explained that I had an event to go to that evening and really needed to pick it up at 1:30. She ended up telling me she would just put it down as a rush. Fast-forward to Wednesday at approximately 1:25... Much to my good fortune, I was met with the same woman when I arrived to pick up my sweater. She told me that I was late. I looked at her confused, and she said, "Yeah, you were supposed to pick it up Tuesday. Right?" No... I had to replay the entire conversation to her. This lady is going to hurt business, if she isn't already. Furthermore, they had inexplicably folded my sweater over the hanger (the same way you would hang pants) instead of hanging it up the normal way like any other top. This left a very noticeable crease, so I had to take time to iron it at home before I could wear it to my event. Just a poor experience overall. Think I'll try a different cleaners next time.
