They are very thorough and honest about what can be done and what can't be done, especially with natural materials like leather and suede. I've brought some of the craziest stuff in for dry cleaning that I didn't think I'd ever be able to wear again because it was ruined by a previous owner. They have brought items like a suede jacket back to life again. I have never felt like their services are too expensive for what is being done or it has taken too long. Thankful to have Palo Verde Cleaners in my neighborhood!

She thanked me when I returned she said it was for medical appointment, I said no worries your so close to me I didn't mind coming back and understood everyone needs medical care and support that. So I returned later that day she measured me up and did fitting, then I asked about keeping original hem, she said it would be way more difficult to line up and take more time additional price and I decided it wasn't worth keeping original hem if alterations cost more than uniform.... I was disappointed to be honest and wondered what kind of work she did since I never used her or any seamstress since moving to Oro Valley. When I picked up my scrub pants which were 4 pair she matched the color thread so well and noticed impeccable stitching. Now I understand why she would charge more for original hem because it is difficult color to line up as well as the slits etc... but do not regret my decision. I am excited to find such talented seamstress so close to me, and cleaners when I need. Very good quality work, there was some broken Korean- English which I felt comfortable that she and I were both on same page. I read in another review someone had issue with language and also definitely did not experience any issues with my race being held against me Greek-American. Clean store, quality service and was accomodated in my time frame of need Grateful to be able to support this Korean (Asian) owned local store.

When I went to pick up it they looked the same. He said I can resend and I said I am going out of town and need so he offered 1/2 off but said the manager may disagree and ask for the 1/2 off returned. I explained this and that it was dirt from red rock to your staff over the phone when I called to inquire about cleaning the dress. Any person would be emotional to find their prized possessions returned ruined and to be asked to pay $300 for the ruined dress. Any person would also be shocked to be talked to so aggressively while they are processing that their wedding dress is ruined and they are being threatened by Aiden that he would have to "take things from here" if they didn't run their credit card. The staff at Dove Mountain Cleaners were clearly out of their scope and had many opportunities to communicate this to me or inform me of what was happening with the dress throughout the process but they chose not to. It's clear that your company just wanted the money for the services even if you weren't capable of doing the work and it was out of your scope. I have since taken the dress to another company who informed me that the whole dress should never have been soaked in water and that you should have only cleaned the bottom of the dress, as the rest was still white and any small stains on the rest of the dress should have been spot treated only. The other company was shocked that Dove Mountain Cleaners would take a job they aren't competent to complete and then charge me for ruining my dress. It was clear negligence. Your staff being so unwilling to do anything to rectify their mistake is unacceptable and that is an unethical way to do business. The dress in all 3 of the pictures I posted is the same dress and it is illogical to blatantly deny that it is my wedding dress. Anyone looking at those photos can identify that it is in fact the same dress in a bag with a tag showing the dress was serviced at your store on that specific date and time. I also have pictures of the dress still perfectly white except for at the very bottom during the red rock photo shoot (see attached). I would have had to lay on the ground and roll maybe a dozen times to get that dress the same color that you returned it to me in. Let customers be on alert that Dove Mountain Cleaners will not inform customers if they are out of their scope and competency. As evidenced in their reply, they will not take accountability for their mistakes, and they might be so defensive as to even accuse you of a scam if they ruin your items. Take your clothes elsewhere if you care about your items and want them back in the same or better condition than you dropped them off in for cleaning!!
