She would stand in front of a washer that someone else's clothes were in, hands on hips waiting for the person to empty the washer while it was still had a few minutes to go. 2 washers were out of order and there were people attempting to do their laundry and waiting to use a machine. PLEASE PUT LIMITS ON HOW MANY MACHINES ONE PERSON CAN USE, SO EVERYONE CAN USE A MACHINE.

Beware!! I went there to wash one king comforter. I placed comforter in washer and closed the…read moredoor. Put my $10.50 in washer and washer started to turn on. I noticed water temp was warm (I learned temp defaults to temp used by last customer) and I wanted cold water, so I push the stop button. The machine then was flashing and not allowing me to continue. Employee advised I wait for machine to reset. That didn't work so employee turned off the power to machine and we all know that means the washer isn't going to allow me to wash without putting another $10.50 in it. This is what I'm mad about, the employee could have taken $10.50 out of the bucket of quarters she had or taken quarters out of machine that I had just put $10.50 in and allow me to wash my comforter. She told me repeatedly that I had to put another $10.50 in the machine. I paid for a wash, and I did not get one. My comforter was completely dry when I removed it so it's not like the washing process had started. What business has you pay for something and not give you what you paid for? I won't be back.

I reached back out them and they said they were not working anymore but it was family owned so they would make a call. They did and shortly after my clean laundry was returned. However the next time I attempted to book they allowed me to schedule on the app but no one ever showed up and none of my calls were answered. I tried for a good week straight before just moving on to a different company. Weird behavior I definitely would not recommend.
