They close at 6 and I asked them if I could come by 4:45? Sure! Their waiting room is nice and clean with a coffee machine and water cooler. So they started working on the car immediately and told me that my car recommendations are synthetic oil, more expensive than regular. I asked them how much? They said $92 and I could change the oil every 5,000 miles instead of 3,000 if I bought the regular. They also said they can use regular oil which would not really make a difference, that's all they had to do was change the viscosity and that would be $52. I decided to go with my car recommendation and chose the $92. After a half hour it was done. Total price $92. That included oil change oil filter change to off all fluids and put air in all 4 tires because the low tire light was on. They said I didn't need to change my air filter because it was fine. Honesty is very important to me and I was impressed they didn't change the air filter when it didn't need to be changed. I think most other places would have. I will be in 5000 miles for sure!! They only do oil changes. No tire rotation or other fluid service. I think they had wipers and air filters available, but I can handle that on my own so I honestly didn't pay attention. But I did notice when I paid that the sign shows a very short price list of available service options (I think six?). I waited in my car in line behind three others for about twenty minutes. This is not a criticism, because they were working constantly and not one of the employees was idle. I don't mind waiting because they are popular. There are only two bays, so they can also only move cars through as they have room. I have been a customer with four vehicles coming here for multiple years. They are honest and do the work you paid for. I have now had two cars leave other quick lube places locally without things tightened appropriately to end up with engine problems a mile down the road. These guys will do it properly and not rush. This is my ideal in a place to take my vehicles for basic maintenance.
